Hello, Everyone! Microsoft Montage provides an easy way to aggregate content people find on the web, such as tweets, images, and articles, into a web page. The resulting embeddable web page 'lives' on the Montage site.

In the video, Fritz Nelson, VP, Editorial Director, InformationWeek and Matt McLauren, Director of User Experience, FuseLab explain and demonstrate how easy Montage is to use!

Also, you can view the Montage Demo for even more information. Here's a Montage I created on the topic 'small business technology' for you to see 'live'. I created this one without doing any coding so I could discover how easy it would be to create by those of you that do NOT code. It's very easy and quick to use. It took only moments to create! Later, just for the fun of it, I created another one featuring peonies, which are one of my favorite flowers. This one took a few more minutes to create than the first because I searched for content to add with specific peony sub-topics such as 'peony wallpaper', 'peony perfume' and 'peony candles'. I think the resulting Montage is beautiful with all the peony items (of course, I would)!

I think you all will enjoy using Montage. It looks like the possibilities for Montage are vast!

Hello, Everyone! After watching and listening to this video, I knew I wanted to share it with you and I'm so grateful that I can because it's embeddable. This video is from Dr. Mike Thomson, an accomplished, talented, and internationally-admired Speaker, Author, Therapist, Consultant, Coach, Educator, and University Professor. Also, he is President of two very successful companies, It’s All About Character and Thomson ETC., Inc. Dr. Mike, as he's known, is on a mission to help people realize their/our true potential as a parent, teacher, coach, employee, entrepreneur or business owner.

In this video he shares crucial-to-know information, that should be shared with every grandparent, parent, relative and everyone that cares about the safety of:

Dr. Thomson is enlightening us with this information and I'm sharing it in order to spread the knowledge. Predators harm others (in all the deviant ways that they do), simply to satisfy their warped desires and this is evil, malicious and wrong; it's criminal! Are You a 'Secretariat'? You Might Be!

Achieving Like Secretariat

Hello, Everyone! By now, many of you have seen the latest movie about the great racing horse named 'Secretariat'. As I watched some of the online videos of those Triple Crown races, I was amazed and I became a fan of Secretariat, even though he is long gone. Also, immediately, I saw a parallel of him being last and therefore, seemingly a 'loser' and that of people who have yet to accomplish basic goals and heart's desires such as ownership of their own homes/dream houses, career success, own successful business(es), success with their talents and such, seemingly being 'losers' in life. Afterall, being last is not the position the winner is in.

Just looking at the current, initial position of the horses when a horse race starts, it appears that the one that sprints ahead and accomplishes the position of 'first' early on in the race, will be the winner. The same is true of people and the time-frame we achieve goals and heart's desires in. It seems like those that achieve early on in life are the ultimate winners. And, it seems like those of us that are late to start will not achieve comparable levels of achievement because of the time factor ... because they/we started last. Well, let Secretariat's example at the 1973 Belmont Stakes be a visual example of what can happen with your achievement of your own success, prosperity, wholeness: your Divine heart's desires for each aspect of your life. Let his victory at the 1973 Belmont Stakes, which you'll see in these videos (a playlist of 9), be an example of the degree of acceleration you can experience in accomplishing your goals & heart's desires.

In 'Secretariat Belmont Stakes 73' and 'Extended Post Race Coverage' you'll see that Secretariat & Sham are almost neck and neck. Then, Secretariat puts double-digit lengths between himself and Sham and wins! He surpasses all those horses that were ahead of him and does so with supernatural speed and acceleration. In these videos you'll hear and/or see that Secretariat would be absolute last horse at the start of the race. Being last was intentional positioning. I read an article which stated Secretariat began to rest his rump against the rear gate of the stall during these races because when he first began racing the other horses would kick back their legs onto him to prevent him from getting ahead. Many of you have encountered a similar type of treatment from people you know of, including family members. Those people have tried to hinder your achievements or even prevent them altogether. They tried to prevent you from winning at achieving success, prosperity, wholeness: your Divine heart's desires. There are stories in the Holy Bible of people this type of treatment happened to including Joseph, the son of Israel (Jacob) and Rachel. You can read Joseph's story in Genesis 37, 39-50 NIV.

Secretariat's Triple Crown achievements and Joseph's achievements are examples of how GOD, {the Creator of humankind, the Earth, Heaven and everything in them (the whole Universe)}, will help you catch up in the achievement of goals and heart's desires. He will cause you to surpass, in achievements, those that tried to hinder and/or stop you. And, He will propel you so far ahead so efficiently that in comparison, they’re left far behind you like Secretariat did with the other horses! Secretariat kept on going, efficiently, 30+ lengths ahead of the other horses that were, at one time, all ahead of him!

GOD mentions the topic of 'last' and 'first' in His Holy Bible. Read some of His words, below, about those that are last, and those that are first:

"But many that are first shall be last; and the last shall be first." ~ Matthew 19:30

"So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen." ~ Matthew 20:16

But many that are first shall be last; and the last first. ~ Mark 10:31

And, behold, there are last which shall be first, and there are first which shall be last. ~ Luke 13:30

I shared all of this post's content to encourage those that are 'last' to achieve their GOD-given goals & heart's desires. Consider the possibility that you could be a 'Secretariat', a great, victorious, super-achiever 'last' that becomes 'first'. You might be the last in your family to achieve anything with your talents, and yet the first to write a #1 Best Seller, the first to win an Emmy, the first to be a CEO, and so on! Go, you 'Secretariats', GO!

Lauretta Marie Pierce's Heart's Desires Came True!

Hello, Everyone! Today's post features Lauretta Marie Pierce's amazing life story.You may already know of her as the 'Cookie Lady', founder of Covenant Cookies. However, long before she experienced this heart's desire, of several, she was married to an abusive man and spent many year's experiencing domestic violence in her first marriage. During her first marriage, her first husband attempted to murder her. During his attempt to murder her he severely ripped off a portion of her face. Consequently, she was left disfigured and was paralyzed for a year. Also, as a consequence of the violence, she had suicidal thoughts and actually attempted suicide. Later, she re-married thinking this was her last chance at marriage because of her disfigurement. However, that marriage didn't work out and the second husband left her. When the second husband left her, he did so at a time when her income was only $13.50 per hour, or as she describes it, "Two fives, three ones and two quarters".

To overcome her circumstances, she sought help from our Creator, who is the 'Lord' we Christians speak of. He responded in miraculous ways and provided deeply needed and desired financial provision for her (faster than the time-frame she chose) which she used to aide her family and a friend, in addition to herself (a 'win-win-win').

Among other trials Lauretta Pierce experienced are:

Electricity was disconnected from her home for four months, before she lost her home
Her daughter went blind from a brain tumor
Her daughter was dropped from her insurance plan
They lost their home; their belongings were placed out on the street
She lost her car (ended up with a 1991 Ford Explorer with no heat, that she was grateful to have)
Got fired from her job

Her victories over these trials are credited to the fact that she's experienced our Creator, God, as a provider, a healer, the giver of a multi-million dollar business idea through a thought and dreams, as well as experiencing His faithfulness and favor!

This lady has experienced many trials, and overcome them victoriously with our Creator's help. I love it when she says, "He can do that. He can do anything for me. He loves me. Shane Perry's Heart's Desires Are Coming True!

Hello, Everyone! In the following videos Speaker, Shane Perry shares how he began to experience his heart's desires for his life after he and his wife experienced the following trials (which many people are experiencing right now, or will experience at some time):

He and his wife lost everything they owned
His service came to a halt
He was financially 'broke'
His wife was pregnant with their first child
They were virtually home-less and
They had to share the house of a parent/in-law, for awhile

Additionally, in the videos Perry dynamically shares:

the principles of vision (dreams/goals/heart's desires)
the purpose of vision
the power of vision (what happens when a person can see something greater than where they are)
that life has a way of beating your dreams out of you
what he describes as a quantum leap of faith (rapid forward movement/a leap forward when God does your vision ahead of a time-frame that you've chosen)
the significance of praise for where you're going (praise for manifestation/actualization/achievement of the vison/dream/goal/heart's desire before it materializes); doing dancing/celebratory movements of gratitude for where you're going
the kind of quantum leap he's experienced, recently
Albert Einstein's statement about what thoughts do
that our problems are not greater than our Creator's vision/dream for our lives

Perry details that a person can envision/dream the highest dream of goals/heart's desires that they would like to achieve, if there were no limitations. As he likes to say, "The sky is NOT the limit!" Also, he details:

Write your 'no-limitations' visions/dreams/goals/heart's desires down (make them bigger than merely self-serving ones; 'win-win-win' ones)
Create and speak a positive, daily affirmation about each of your major visions/dreams/goals/heart's desires
the term 'affirmation' is from the Latin 'affirmāre' [ which is the present active infinitive of 'affirmō' ] : ad + firmāre, to strengthen (from firmus, strong)

I present (something) as fixed, firm, or true; affirm, assert, maintain.

With each affirmation for each major goal, write a one-page business plan; make a plan-of-action for you to do to achieve them.
Make a mission statement for each major goal
Praise now /present-tense for the manifestation of your visions/dreams/goals/heart's desires, while you are waiting in expectation and working your plan-of-action for them to manifest.

I find Perry's story very helfpful, because several year's ago I began thinking that quantum leaps (as I defined them: receiveng several goal manifestations simultaneously, that advanced me (and consequently others) forward in one day, one week or one month) were possible for me, and his story outlines a way, with steps to take, to experience quantum leaps of faith. I imagine that his story and details will be quite helpful to many of you, too, that would benefit from one or more of our Creator's (God's) divine quantum leaps of faith. Watch, listen and learn. Then, start doing!

Today's post features a video from Embrace the Struggle site about an experience Zig Ziglar went through, using principles he's been teaching others for year, to overcome successfully. He and his daughter, Julie Ziglar Norman co-authored a book with the same title, 'Embrace the Struggle: Living Life on Life's Terms' which tells Zig's story. Among other things that Zig Ziglar is famous for are his positivity quotes, and he practices what he preaches/teaches to others to achieve, succeed, survive and thrive, the right way!

Specifically, the book features: One of the leading stars in the "positive thinking" movement, Zig Ziglar, who has made a career out of telling people how to have a positive attitude, no matter what their circumstances are. When a fall down a stairway onto a marble floor (in March 2007) leaves Zig with a head injury, he is challenged with how to put the principles he's been speaking to others about into practice for himself. Zig Ziglar's willingness to be transparent got him writing and speaking again with a renewed energy, before audiences (in the tens of thousands) to show that life on life's terms is still well worth living.
