It is not simply that the body cannot store vitamins that are water soluble but also the water soluble vitamins are easily destroyed by improper storage, handling, or cooking of foods that contain these vitamins. In particular, it is important not to overcook vegetables by boiling as the water soluble vitamins are in effect washed out of them but this lack of being able to store vitamins that are water soluble can be overcome by light cooking or steaming and by using the water that vegetable have been cooked in to form sauces and gravies. As the body cannot store vitamin C or the other water soluble vitamins it is essential to eat a balanced diet with at least 5 portions of fruit and vegetables to ensure that enough vitamins are available for the body to use when necessary and a person does not suffer from a vitamin deficiency due to the body’s inability to store vitamin content.

Fat soluble vitamin content can be stored by the body on the other hand. The body will store vitamin content in the fat cells so that it can be used when required and a person does not need to consume as many of these fat soluble vitamins on as frequent a basis as they do with water soluble vitamins. The fat cells store vitamin A, D, E, and K as these are all fat soluble vitamins.<br />

To ensure that the beneficial qualities of these are not diminished, It is important to store vitamin supplements correctly, The best way to store vitamin tablet supplements is in a container with a screw top lid and keep the container in a dry place. Here are some tips if you suffer from these conditions.</p>
<p>Stay away from clothing that is made from synthetic materials. Polyester especially exacerbates those with body odor and excessive sweating issues. This is because these fabrics cling to the skin and keep it from breathing. The body needs air circulation to cool off and when that circulation is hampered your body sweats more to compensate. Because of the excessive sweating, body odor levels rise, sometimes to embarrassing levels. Not to mention, synthetic fabric is harder to clean. So make sure that your clothes fit you loosely and are made from natural fabrics. Synthetics should be left on the shelves and hangers of the thrift shops. </p>
<p>It may be hard to fathom, but some people advocate for the application of baking soda to very sweaty areas of their body. We haven&#8217;t actually tested this out but the reasoning behind it is sound. Baking soda is used quite a bit for absorbing moisture and reducing odors.</p>

Every day, apply a towel or cotton ball that&#8217;s bin dipped in white vinegar to any parts of your body prone to excessive sweat. Yes, for a moment, you are going to smell like vinegar. <p>According to the Ancient Hindus, there are thousands of chakra points that make up the human body&#8217;s <a href="http://www.chakra-balance.com/">chakra system</a> but of these, there are seven chakra points that are considered of major importance. This major chakra system which consists of the seven major points is our body&#8217;s main energy processing centers. As it is, they are our active connection to our consciousness and spiritual essence.</p>
<p>Each major energy point of our body&#8217;s chakra system possesses a unique function which contributes to a unique feature of our individuality. Although they work independently of each other, they are at the same time processing the energy they gather towards a common goal: our well being.</p>

Another way to state this law is in the context of having faith. One&#8217;s ability is talked about in all of the religions of the world to eternally keep faith, as being a key to happiness and success. Whether you choose to follow religious dogma or not, the Law of Belief is something which can either help you achieve success or keep you from achieving it &#8211; depending upon whether you live in accordance with the law.
</p>
<p>
You have heard the doubters and the naysayers out there who always proclaim, &#8220;I&#8217;ll believe it when I see it!&#8221; In reality, it is the other way around; it is not until you believe it, that you will see it (no matter what &#8220;it&#8221; is)!
</p>
<p>
Self-limiting beliefs are perhaps the most damaging of all thoughts, since they absolutely will keep you from the success that you may want, but don&#8217;t believe you can attain. There is an old saying that states,&#8221;whether you think you can or you can&#8217;t, your correct?!&#8221; This saying is altogether congruent with the Law of Belief. Let me explain through the use of the following hypothetical situation:

You are up for a promotion at work. You feel you are ready and have worked hard, but do not believe with conviction that you will get the promotion. Perhaps you feel there are other candidates that are better or more qualified, or that you are all important(p) in your current role (now there is a mistaken belief!) or it may be some other negative thought pattern. If these are the beliefs that you are holding in your mind, it is all but guaranteed that you will not get the promotion. Why? Because your self-limiting beliefs will conspire to hold you back!
</p>
<p>
The Law of Belief, when understood and practiced, can help anyone to manifest those things in life that they in truth want. The trick is that you need absolute clarity on your objectives; a strong plan to get you there and then must believe that you are destined to achieve them. You must continuously reinforce this belief in your own mind, as time passes.
</p>
<p>
Persevering is one of the greatest challenges and to sustain focus on your goals, even when faced with seemingly insurmountable obstacles or setbacks. The interesting thing in these circumstances is that we tend to observe the world from a very narrow point of view &#8211; which is that obstacle are negative. In fact, obstacles help us to grow and can be positive! Sometimes things go awry and it isn&#8217;t until much later that we discover that, whatever the setback was, it was there for good reason. We learn and become stronger from the experience.
</p>
<p>
By maintaining faith, by continuing to live in accordance with the Law of Belief, we are able to achieve our goals, although the path may be somewhat different than we had originally thought! If however, we give up at the first sign of trouble, in other words, our faith or belief fail us, then we can never hope to reach our goals.<br />
If you can learn to persevere in the face of all obstacles, then eventually you will create the reality that you desire.

What You Can Do
</p>
<p>
There are two action exercises, which you can put in place immediately, to help you in this area:
</p>
<p>

Get very clear and focused on your true desires, make plans to achieve them and then believe, with absolute conviction, that you will achieve them. 2. Get into the habit of acting as though you have already accomplished your goals and are the success you want to be. Your new behaviors will influence your beliefs, which in turn will help you to manifest your desires!

Achieving success has no mystery &#8211; it is available to all of us. One need only be aware of, understand and, most significantly, live in accordance with, Universal Law! Believing that you will attain the levels of success that you truly want, is the first step.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p> Has a  addict   caused you difficulties?&nbsp; Can you let go of  the things an alcoholic has done that have practically destroyed your life? Have you considered letting go of the past through  demonstrating   willful forgiveness ? </p>
<p>By the time you finish this article you will have a few essential tools that will help you begin the process of letting go of the past and forgiving the problem-drinker for the damaging things he or she may have done.&nbsp;</p>
<p><a href="http://alcoholicsfriend.com/2010/08/forgiving-alcoholic/" target="_self"></a><a href="http://alcoholicsfriend.com/2010/08/forgiving-alcoholic/" target="_self">Forgiving the alcoholic</a> takes work. It&#8217;s very much like keeping the weeds out of the garden. </p>
<p>Do you think they truly wanted to become an addict?</p>
<p>I cannot imagine that anyone when they were young said to their self; &ldquo;I want to be an alcoholic when I grow up.&rdquo; With this in mind, try to get a grip on what the word &ldquo;addiction&rdquo; means.  At this point in the article, take a few minutes and really think about that statement. </p>
<p>Do you understand that this is more about YOUR spiritual health than anything else? </p>
<p>This is  all about you getting rid of the emotional junk   and  damaging emotions  that you are carrying  around. It doesn&#8217;t mean that you have to associate with the alcoholic.  This is about you feeling better about YOUR life. I like to say that you are cleaning up the trash from your side of the street. You can do this even if the alcoholic&#8217;s street is still riddled with garbage. This is about you and you alone!</p>
<p> Am I going to have to trust them after forgiving them? </p>

I would say it&#8217;s more about understanding that it is an addiction they have and having compassion for their illness.  If someone has a deadly contagious  disease, you can forgive them for any hurts they&#8217;ve caused and love them without necessarily  being around them . &nbsp;</p>
<p>Consider setting healthy boundaries that will not exclude them completely from your life, but will still allow you to be loving towards them. Setting boundaries will protect you from their irrational  behaviors.  That statement only applies if the are still consuming alcohol regularly . </p>
<p>If they have made an indirect amend  to you through their changed behavior  for several years,  you might think about  letting them into   your life again. Remember,  a problem-drinker who has gotten sober is not the same person that they were when they were  active in their addiction . It&rsquo;s not even close in any way, shape or form. .</p>
<p> Do you understand that letting go of the past  is simply a choice?</p>
<p><strong>Here&#8217;s the key:</strong> let go of what&nbsp; they have done. Clinging to past events will only hurt YOU.  </p>
<ul>
<li> Through spending time in prayer ask for God to help you forgive.  </li>
<li>Make a list of all of the offenses and then physically burn them. Then, never revisit those troublesome situations ever again.</li>
<li>Say it out loud, either by yourself or to them directly; &ldquo;I forgive you for the hurtful things you have done.&rdquo;</li>
<li> Communicate your thoughts and feelings through writing   a letter to them stating that you are forgiving them for the past wreckage that occurred.</li>
<li>Understand that forgiveness is an ongoing process. It must be maintained regularly. </li>
</ul>
<p>Hopefully you have grasped my point. An alcoholic is sick with an addiction and cannot control much of his/her irrational behaviors.  I feel that  because they are  so sick they   should be loved just like anyone else who has a horrible sickness. This simply means that you must  hate the addiction and love the  problem drinker .&nbsp; Forgiving an alcoholic will only accomplish one thing, YOUR life will be free from the damaging negative emotional baggage you are carrying around.
