A partner who fits into that life we want to create, consciously or not. Once we are married, the search is over, and we have to learn how to live in the life we have chosen. And the weather in Colorado isn't helping. I see how stressed out people are during meditation classes. I just read a friend's blog about living after his children died. My mother just let go of her 15 year old dog who has been her close companion especially when my father travels for business. This time of year seems to make tragedy and loss more intense. The holidays<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/Healingheather/~4/BgkopKfim6E" height="1" width="1"/>

Getting Outdoors is Healthy

The good thing about having a new puppy is having to go outside a lot. In the past month, I've been on more walks than I have in the past year and a half. I had forgotten how good it is to get outside, even for 5 minutes. Getting outside gets you out of your mind, shifts your energy and changes your mood. Sometimes I think we get stuck in a rut, staying inside the house, sheltered from out of<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/Healingheather/~4/P9CCe1IDTOc" height="1" width="1"/>

<media:rating>nonadult</media:rating>
Healing Heather
