I don't know about your schools, but mine makes me keep records of parent contacts, so we can keep notes on our conversations and also to give us a reminder that we need to keep lines of communication open and positive. It can be a real pain to keep separate files on the students, so I like to keep a record sheet for each kid in my teacher binder. Would that make things easier for you all, too?
