Because we had such warm weather nobody bought boots for the snow. And they only said we would get 1 to 2 inches. Low and behold we woke up to about 6 inches of the pearly white stuff.  Now it's turning into sleet which is going to pat it all down and make it take longer to melt.  We won't throw snowballs cause they'll be ice balls

I'll start prepping food on Monday by chopping up the onions and peppers and vegetables so that's one less thing to do.  I'll make the stuffing and Mac and Cheese and Candied Yams on Tuesday and put in the fridge in the garage.  The seasonings need time to rest and meet one another.  (That's what Mom would say). I've decided that the gift basket will be a lovely idea with my daughter telling her, "This is the stuff I wear and if you wear it, we can smell alike".  If the child doesn't take that hint then I'm gonna have to bite the biscuit and tell the mother.  If it comes to that, I will let my daughter know ahead of time that

Right now I need some suggestions from ya'll.Here's the problem.  My oldest daughter has a good set of friends. They are quiet, like her, and tend to just keep to themselves.  Not a problem.
