Q: My job and my employer are in Alaska, I spend more than half the year there.

I own a home in Oregon. Do I have to pay OR state income tax ?

A: Oregon

If your state of domicile is Oregon, you will have to file to that state for income tax. You will be able to show that part or all of your income was earned in another state. Alaska does not have a personal state income tax. Special Note!!!! If you maintained a permanent home/house in Oregon for 2010 and spent less than 31 days in the state you can consider yourself a nonresident.
