In 1958, Gibson created a guitar that combined solid body performance with hollow body tradition to bridge the gap between the two. That guitar was the Gibson ES-335 and is recognized today as one of the favorite hollow body guitar designs of all time. The ES-335 handles rock well, but where the Gibson Classic ES-335 Semi-Hollow Body Electric Guitar excels at is the awesome fat, authentic, true blues and R&B tones it is able to generate. A sweet old-school tone emanates from this beast. It lacks the versatility of a Strat, but if warm overtones and enchanting harmonics are what you're looking for, then this is a perfect choice for you. Comfortable and lightweight design make it easy for long gigs. Price makes it more suitable for intermediate to advanced players. You do not want to drop this much cash on a short-lived hobby. Features include curly maple/poplar/curly maple laminated maple body, maple center block with spruce contour blocks, 1960's style slim tapered one-piece mahogany neck, bound rosewood fingerboard with 22 frets and pearloid dot inlays, creme binding on top, back and fingerboard, two '57 Classic humbucker pickups, 3-way toggle, independent volume and tone knobs, and sealed Grover tuners.

Known for its outstanding playability and unrivaled unique tone, the Gibson Classic ES-335 Semi-Hollow Body is a great guitar. Classically great looking and powerful, this guitar will not disappoint. So, if you yearn for the old-school hollow body tone that is simply great-sounding, then the Gibson ES-335 is definitely for you. To find yours today, take a look below. Just remember, that this guitar does one thing really well, it is not a full chameleon of tone.

Released in 2005, the much anticipated Eric Johnson Stratocaster has received high praises ever since. It is extremely easy to see why with all of its vintage feel and Strat appeal. This guitar was designed by Eric Johnson himself and includes many of his personal features and preferences. With a boatload of customizations, this guitar plays and feels a lot more like a custom-shop guitar than the moderately priced production-line guitar that it is. Playability and comfort are top notch as well. Features include a deep contoured two-piece '57 style lightweight alder body, one-piece quartersawn soft "V" shape vintage tinted maple neck, 12" radius maple fingerboard with 21 highly polished medium jumbo frets, extra smooth neck to headstock volute, '57 style body cavities, staggered vintage style tuners, vintage style tremolo with silver painted block and 1957 style string recess, and three special design Eric Johnson pickups with countersunk mounting screws.

Simply put...this is just a seriously, beautifully structured guitar. Combining modern necessities and high-quality components with classic Stratocaster style and quality, the Fender Eric Johnson Strat is an awesome buy. Sustain, impressive tone and pure resonance emanate from this beauty. It may just be the finest sounding Strat that Fender has ever produced. For some, its flatter 12" radius and soft "V' shape neck may take some getting used to, the Fender Eric Johnson Strat is the ultimate Strat.

To find your Fender Eric Johnson Stratocaster today, look to see what is available below at eBay.

This beauty is an easily recognizable classic. How wouldn't it be with its electroluminescent silver top? But its looks are not the only thing that matters...it sounds great as well. The Gretsch G6129 Silver Jet Electric Guitar has a crystal clear sound that never gets muddy in the lows. Most often it is described as a cross between a Les Paul and a Tele. Versatile enough to cover various types of music unlike most Gretsch guitars that are not known for their versatility, so many different sounds can be made by this guitar. Features include single cutaway body design, multiple-bound arched laminated top, semi-hollow mahogany body, one-piece mahogany neck, ebony fretboard, silver plexi pickguard, adjustable truss rod, two High Sensitive Filter'Tron pickups, space control bridge, and G-cutout tailpiece.

Generations of players have torn it up on stage and off with this respected rocker. Its unforgettable, beautiful appearance is only equaled by its hard-hitting capabilities. Great sustain and great feel. This is a fairly heavy guitar despite its semi-hollow body, and this model is also available with certain upgrades.

Offering big, full volume and crystal clear tones, the Guild D40 Bluegrass stays true to its heritage. Overtones will produce an almost "singing" quality to the chords, and the most gentle touch will only provide you with perfect, full and rounded tones. Great for many types of music. An overall durable, reliable, and extremely well-made guitar. Available in Natural or Antique Burst.
