Segundo a publicação, em 2010, nenhuma empresa piorou tanto seu atendimento ao cliente quanto a B2W, dona das marcas Americanas.com e Submarino. A matéria traz um ranking das empresas com os melhores e piores padrões de atendimento ao cliente (EXAME/IBRC). Há confirmação dos registros de queixas das entidades de defesa do consumidor que apontam o comércio eletrônico como campeão. As três companhias que mais caíram na pesquisa foram Submarino, TAM e Americanas.com. Isso mostra que o consumidor começa a perceber o poder que tem, quando é mal atendido ou desrespeitado. O dano que isto causa à reputação é terrível. Não há propaganda ou comunicação que reverta esta situação, se não houver uma mudança radical nas práticas de relacionamento com o consumidor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

A indicação de hoje  é o blog &lt;span style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms'; font-size: 180%;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.objetosdedesejo.com/"&gt;Objetos de desejo&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/span&gt;,  não é voltado para Publicidade e Propaganda, mas é um blog que nos mostra produtos criados e comercializados a partir de idéias fabulosas,  podendo  servir de inspiração, como este bloco de notas em Formato de Frutas.&lt;br /&gt;

Um  objeto que tornaria meu  dia-a-dia, visualmente falando, pelo menos um pouco mais  doce e saudável, saudável sim, só de olhar para esta maçã mesmo de que feita de papel, me sentiria mais "atlética" hehe. Mas  não teria coragem de escrever absolutamente nada nele.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Realmente me encantei  com a idéia. Ao invés de um bloco de notas isso poderia se transformar tranquilamente numa peça impressa  diferenciada.  Se utilizando da maçã que têm uma gama de significados extensa, e até  para fins  mais óbvios: como impressos de clínicas de emagrecimento e academias.  Penso que poderiam não ser em formato de frutas, bola de futebol talvez, enfim, se deixar a imaginação fluir pode servir de base para infinitas idéias...&lt;br /&gt;

Sem aqueles milhares de resultados do google.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A medida que pesquisava encontrava diversos blogs e sites riquíssimos em conteúdo.  O tempo foi passando, continuei encontrando excelentes sites sobre a área, mas nenhum que fizesse uma listagem mais aprofundada.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Então, não queria que este blog fosse apenas mero replicador de propagandas, ou um pouco mais do que vemos por aí. Ressalto, já existem blogs excelentes sobre a área,   a pretensão não é de ser o melhor, nem o maior blog desse segmento. É apenas facilitar  a busca por conteúdos interessantes, colocando o olhar dessa publicitária que vos escreve, e quando o tempo permite, um olhar mais aprofundado.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A idéia é que este blog  seja um guia completo para encontrar tudo(dentro das minhas possibilidades) na web sobre Publicidade e Propaganda. Indicações comentadas,  jingles, análises, aporte teórico para estudantes e muito mais. Além de muita propaganda é claro!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Como escrevi, é a idéia,  ainda preciso organizar o conteúdo, para que ele fique mais de acordo com a denominação guia.
