REBOUND HEADACHES

If you are a regular sufferer of headaches, then you probably have taken different medications each time get rid of it.

But over time your body will become familiar and used to the medications if your become dependant on them, and eventually they wont work. Your headaches will come back. These are called rebound headaches.

These type of headaches leaves your head feeling heavy and foggy.

The headaches also happen when you stop taking the 'long term' medication causing your body to go into a withdrawal state.

It is always recommended that medications such as paracetamol, aspirin and ibuprofen should not be taken for more than 10-15 days a month, due to health risks and the fact that they may become addictive.

Modern Furniture is becoming more and more popular all the time.

Mostly i think it's the clean fresh look it gives off compared to traditional furniture, and you can get some rather funky and futuristic designs too.

My favourite has to be the kids section. There is a really cool playhouse (pictured) that has been designed as if it were a kids colour book picture that hasn't been coloured in. But the kids can colour it in themselves instead. How cool is that!?

LADY GAGA'S CAGE HEAD OUTFIT

I think it's Halloween every day for Lady Gaga with some of the outfits she turns up in!

I cant even explain what this outfit is suppose to be, as my eyes are torn between keep looking at the bird cage head, big fluffy hair, bra over her shirt and flour on her hands and legs!

She wore this to pick up an award for accessories at the annual ACE awards in New York.

I'm guessing she truely deserved that award! What do you think?

Adorable Take That star Mark Owen got married yesterday to his partner Emma Ferguson, at a church in the Scottish Highlands.

Many fans waited outside the church, and although Mark waved as he entered neither him or Emma wanted to pose as husband and wife much to the annoyance of the fans who booed them!

It' fair enough really it is his wedding day after all. For someone that is always open to such massive media attention, for being in one of the biggest bands in the world he deserves a day off!

There is the old saying 'fashionably late' but Emma kept Mark waiting half an hour before she arrived. Tut Tut!

His band mate friends from Take That were there of course, and Robbie Williams was said to be arriving at the reception later.

I am quite excited about Bon Jovi's new world tour that starts on 19th February, 2010. A popular band like this and their Bon Jovi Tickets tickets will start selling out fast.

I have always been a fan of them since their debut in the 80's, so i will be looking to search for some tickets some time soon.

Her and the other 2 original members of the band Mutya and Siobhon have decided to reform.

Yes the rumours seem to be true. They are currently in talks with a potential producer who have offered them a group deal.

Oh this is going to get nasty, but exciting too!

Will people love them or hate them? Will the fans go with the Sugababes as of today or will they go with the originals?

This happened to me with my friends. I used to call them up all the time and make up different stories.

Looking at these two pictures together, you would hardly recognize them as the same person.

The first picture is Kristen when she played Jodie Fosters daughter in Panic Room back in 2002. Who would have thought that 7 years can make such a difference to her appearance and career?

Kristen has gone from her boyish looks and small film part, to playing a leading character in one of the most talked about films this year.

If you have been on another planet for that time i'm talking about her playing Bella in the Twilight Saga, and getting to act with the luscious Robert Pattinson (Edward Cullen). What a lucky girl!
