<description>Next April's celebration of Gold Nugget Days is a special event: The Dogtown Nugget's 150th Anniversary.

The 2009 Gold Nugget Days theme is GOLD FEVER! the dates are Saturday, April 18, to Sunday, April 26 - nine days of all-out festivities.  The chairs this year again are Fran Mantonya, Vivian Cleveland, Kathy Schovajsa and Kathy Sinclair.

<description>The Museum gift shop is loaded with all kinds of really cool Paradise souvenirs, along with many toys and gemstones for the kids.  The holidays are coming and we have popular holiday CD's in stock.  Plus, we have cute cuddly donkey and moose stuffed animals with "Paradise, CA" on their T-shirts.  They make darling stocking stuffers.

The bookshelves are stacked with new releases of Paradise history, The Gold Rush, American Indian stories, children's history , western recipes and Table Mountain wildflower books.

We have nice warm "Paradise" sweatshirts and caps.  We have gold pans and kits, along with goldmining books and maps that tell you where to find gold.

We also have healthy Miner's tea and Wild Sage Mint Tea.  Bring your guests to the Museum and shop at our gift store.  Remember your ten percent member discount.
