Instead of throwing it up, you might actually prefer to reuse them.<br /> <br /> You could actually use the old newspapers for replacing a table mat especially when you don't have guests or even packing your glass and other breakable items.<br /> <br /> Instead of searching for a notepad to write down notes,etc. or even buying general painting paper for your kids, you might consider using the leftover or scrap paper on the unused side. I hope you will join me along with the rest of the world in switching off all electrical related products (ok electronics, too) between the hours of 8:30 PM till 9:30 PM (according to your local timezone). I don't think this should be difficult to accomplish considering its only an hour. But it will help support a worthy cause. You can even go ahead and blog all about how we can set up this mission to offset our carbon footprints.<br /><br />Think of it, if everyone around the world did this one bit, wouldn't it be good for the environment even for a little while. You bet it will be worthwhile.
