Kimberley Speaks Carpenters and Girls Aloud

Kimberley Walsh has confirmed that Girls Aloud are hoping to be back in the studio next summer.

"[Brian Higgins will] be writing already. He'll have carried on writing even just when we finished the last album, so hopefully we'll get in the studio next year - summer, hopefully," the singer told Digital Spy.

Whilst she couldn't specify any specifics, she did have one date in her diary! On November 18th, ITV1 is airing the Carptenter's Special which was recorded a few weeks ago and Kimberley's singing 'Rainy Days and Mondays.'

"It was nice to sing something that suited my voice a little bit more. Obviously the stuff we do in Girls Aloud is different. I enjoyed it for what it was, but I'm not looking to do anything on my own at the moment," she said.

Cheryl's album '3 Words' is still the number one selling album in the UK.

Cole narrowly outsold Bon Jovi to retain the #1 spot in the Album Chart whilst her single, 'Fight For This Love', slips to #2.

'Fight For This Love' has sold over 500,000 copies in just three weeks meaning it is already the 7th biggest selling single of the year!

'3 Words' has sold over 200k so far and is certified gold.

Cheryl Scores Double Number One

Cheryl has scored a chart double with both her single and album topping the UK Charts.

'Fight For This Love' spend a second week at #1 outselling Westlife by 63,000 copies whilst the album '3 Words' sold over 125k to top the UK Album Chart.

Her next single, '3 Words', also made the Top 30 - placing at #26.

On tonights X Factor, Simon Cowell congratulated Cheryl on her huge success over the past couple of weeks and begged her to move to his record label.

CHERYL

KIMBERLEY

On 16th October Kimberley was announced as Yorkshire Woman of the Year. Head over to the BBC website to see a clip where she talks about receiving the award and her work with the breast cancer haven.

Kimberley is also joining Nick Grimshaw to help host this year's Switch Live event. The gig takes place at London's Hammersmith Apollo on Sunday 8th November.

NADINE

Nadine is currently in the States working hard on her own solo album. She has been in the studio with big name producers like, Mike Elizondo (Maroon 5, Carrie Underwood), Toby Gadd (Beyonc�, Fergie), Guy Chambers (Robbie Williams) and Tony Kanal from No Doubt (Gwen Stefani, P!nk).

She is looking to release her first single in March.

NICOLA

Nicola has been hard at work on the next phase of her makeup range, Dainty Doll.

She will also be entering the world of TV but it's all tightly under wraps at the moment!

SARAH

Stars in 'St. Trinian's II: Legend of Fritton's Gold' as Roxy, which hits cinemas on 19th December.

Cheryl Set for Chart Double

Cheryl looks set to top both the UK Single and Album Chart this weekend according to early indications.

Her number one single, Fight For This Love, shifted another 56,000 copies yesterday - 23k more than it's nearest rivals, Westlife.

In the album chart, Cheryl's '3 Words' is aheaf of Michael Buble and Michael Jackson having sold almost 32,000 copies on Monday.

Congratulation to Cheryl who has stormed straight to the top of the UK Singles Chart with her debut single, Fight For This Love.

The song sold almost 293,000 copies this week alone to become the fastest selling single of the year.

Her album, 3 Words, is out now.

Cheryl has now sold a staggering 210,000 copies of Fight For This Love and there's still another three days of sales before the chart is revealed on Sunday. The star is guaranteed the number one spot and the fastest selling single of the year.

Nadine Not on Boys II Men Album

Despite a duet Nadine recorded with Boys II Men appearing on initial tracklistings for the groups latest album, the singer has confirmed that it will not feature.

The cover of Take That's Back For Good leaked onto YouTube earlier this month and was listed on Amazon as part of the Love album. However, it was only an early demo and retailers have now removed it from album pages.

Nadine thanked fans on Twitter for their positive comments on the demo as she broke the news that it was never meant for release.

Cheryl Heading for Number One

Cheryl Cole's debut single looks set to storm straight into the UK Single Charts at #1 this weekend.

'Fight For This Love' has already sold a massive 134,000 copies since it's release and is on course to become the fastest selling single of the year.

Last week, X Factor winner Alexandra Burke sold just shy of 190k copies to get to number one, giving her the highest first week sales of any single release so far this year. Ms. Cole looks set to smash that record!
