It’s been very awesome.

And here we are now in San Francisco a newly formed five piece band who hasn’t released any new music in 18 months.

And Despite that ugly gap in new material we’ve been busy playing venues for stoked West Coast people who keep coming out and dancing and laughing. And that’s been rewarding.

But enough is enough. We need to release the material we’ve been sitting on. We need to continue the party with some brand new songs.

That’s why we’ll be playing mostly a new set of songs at noise pop. I think we are shooting for five new songs to the set. It’s a risk– when you can’t play your older stuff that well it’s a big risk to play brand new stuff— but it’s a risk worth it to me.

It’s important that people see how we’ve grown and changed. How we are finding a sound that will guide us over the next two years as we begin to try and make music full time.

I’m going to try and get Aaron to release some demos as we get them done in the home studio. I’m proud of this new material and proud that people are still right there beside us.
