1.     Supplement With Calcium

Everyone knows about this one, but it never the less is effective in stimulating growth provided you are performing some height increasing exercises along with it.  Make sure you’re taking this supplement daily if you want to see some improvements in your height.

2.     Yoga

As I mentioned before, you need to supplement with calcium if you’re planning on doing any form of stretches or exercises to stimulate growth.  One such exercise is Yoga.  35% of your height comes from your spine, therefore, by stretching it out and decompressing it, you can effectively add an inch or so to your height over time.

3.     Insoles

If you want to take the easy route, you can always opt for insoles.  You can pick up insoles which fit into pretty much any shoe and will instantly give you a boost of 1-3 inches.  Now not all shoes can accommodate the 3” insert, but you can definitely make good use of the 1 inch ones.
