Customer Review: This was a very nice story. but it is not a gripping story. The author needs to put a little more intensity into her work. It did have a lot of humor in the book, which I found very funny.

Dark Slayer eBook by Feehan, Christine
A rumor has persisted in the vampire world of a dark slayer '' a woman '' who travels with a wolf pack and who destroys any vampire who crosses her path. Mysterious, elusive and seemingly impossible to kill, she is the one hunter who strikes terror into the hearts of the undead. She is Ivory Malinov. Her only brethren, the wolves. Long ago betrayed by her people, abandoned by her family, and cast out by everyone she held dear, Ivory has lived centuries without companionship or love. She has sustained her sanity by preparing for one purpose '' to destroy her greatest enemy. Until the night she picks up the scent of a man, her unexpected salvation. Her lifemate. The curse of all Carpathian women. He is Razvan. Branded a criminal, detested and feared, he is a dragonseeker borne of one of the greatest Carpathian lineages, only to be raised as its most despised '' and captive '' enemy. Fleeing from his lifetime of imprisonment, Razvan now seeks the dawn to end his terrible existence. Instead he has found his deliverance in the Dark Slayer. In spirit, in flesh and blood, in love, and in war, Ivory and Razvan are made for each other. For as long as they dare to live.

All Together Dead eBook by Harris, Charlaine
Customer Review: Certainly much more of what we've come to expect from Charlaine Harris. Mystery, excitement, betrayal, and bonds that should or shouldn't be broken. Although Sookie Stackhouse seems to have lost her naivity to the supernatural world, which I found to be one of her endearing traits, she showed a little of her vulnerability that was loved in the first few volumes of the series. Certainly a "page turner" of a book that I could not put down. The reintroduction of Barry Bellboy working with Sookie and continued torment of Sookie's "love" for both Eric and Quinn will certainly make for a intriguing sequel.

Lover Enshrined eBook by Ward, J. R.
Customer Review: This book is about Phury and the firth book in the Black Dagger Brotherhood series. Phury has accepted the be the primale in stead of Vishious, but he has a lot of self loathing and he is an addict. He doesnt fulfil this job as he should, he should be with all the chosen females and sire as much children as possible. But his affections for the first chosen Cormia stand in his way.
I love all the books of this series, but this book was not as good as the rest were. I didnt like the way Phury was behaving himself and how servile the Chosen were. That being said, the book was not at all bad. I enjoyed the way they all become better persons and how Phury eventually grows to be the primale and finds a solution for his conflict between his job and his love for Cormia. I especially liked the ending.

Sea Glass eBook by Shreve, Anita
The year is 1929 and Honora Beecher and her husband, Sexton, are just settling into a new marriage and a cottage on the coast of New Hampshire.
While Honora fixes up the derelict house and searches for bits of sea glass on the beach, Sexton risks everything they own to buy the house they both love. Along with millions of other Americans, he is blindsided by the stock market crash and finds himself penniless. The only work he can find is in a nearby mill, where a labor conflict is erupting into violence. Shaken by forces they scarcely understand, Honora and Sexton try to build a marriage and a home while overwhelmed by passions of every kind.
Writing with the power and immediacy that have made her novels bestsellers, Shreve unfolds interlocking lives, each with its own share of love, loss, and challenge. This is another gripping and unforgettable story of the human heart from one of the most accomplished novelists of our time.
