With the time machine destroyed, the Zombie Astronaut, Doctor Despicable, Dr. Von Martinez, Dr. Bulletbra, Mojimbo Green and Basil Salt have to make their way to Doc’s mobile lab in Creighton Corner. The evil henchman, with Mister Master Mastrepol in tow, has other ideas, as do the T-Rex, a zombie dinosaur and a bunch of cavemen. Can everyone get back to the present day without a time machine and return Dr. Von Martinez to his slightly more intelligent self? Will Dr. Delhambre’s henchman wipe out Dr. Despicable? How in the heck does a dinosaur become a zombie, anyway?

In fact, he mentions one of a laundry list of bad experiences that seemed to be initiated by his merely entering Von Martinez’ house. Von Martinez gets on the wrong side of international superspy John Baines, then accidentally swaps minds with Zombie before Baines chases them around town. Can they fix Von Martinez brain-swapping machine before Zombie spends the rest of Von Martinez’ life in a high-security prison?

During a night out with Captain Bonemarrow and Dr. Von Martinez, Zombie Astronaut inadvertently infect a few victims who are rushed to the morgue before they have the opportunity to rise. When Sgt. Staccato and some of is men deliver the bodies to the morgue, they get trapped in the morgue with Nurse Bosom and Dr. Canker (as well as Doctor Despicable and Dr. Dickey Brainulous, who were drawn there by the news report regarding multiple fresh corpses) by a hoard of zombies.
