My wife and I first went to Elk Grove Mazda to look at the new CX-5. From the moment we arrived, everyone was professional and they acknowledged us, unlike other salesmen at other dealerships (*cough Elk Grove Toyota). My wife and I are fairly young looking so at most places, most salespeople wouldn't even talk to us but Joe Luiz took the time to explain the features of the car and when we said we wanted to test drive the vehicle, there was no hesitation on his part to accommodate us. Another salesperson, Garrett Oxnaes, went along and he also was very patient with us, answering our questions. Throughout our visit, there was no pressure on us to buy anything; nor were there questions from anyone questioning our finances (i.e. how are you going to pay for this car?) The second and third final visit was when I purchased the vehicle and Garrett made the process as smooth and painless as possible. Thanks, Garrett for sitting out ...

My wife and I went to a lot of other dealerships in the Elk Grove Auto Mall and did not receive anywhere near the level of service that we received from Grant and David at Elk Grove Mazda. They were welcoming, helpful, and very patient as my wife and I test drove and talked things over. They got us an amazing deal on a great car (Mazda 3) and were more than fair with our trade in as well. We are more than pleased not only with our purchase but also with the way we were treated while we were at Elk Grove Mazda. We hope to return next year to purchase another car as well.Thank you guys very much for everything!!!
