      <title>So Where Exactly is Blue Ridge?</title>
      <link>http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/FontisWaterBlog/~3/oCXayiEM89A/So%20Where%20Exactly%20is%20Blue%20Ridge%3F</link>
      <description>As you know Fontis Water comes from the mountain springs of Blue Ridge, GA. But how much do you know about this small town in North Georgia? Did you know that Blue Ridge was once considered an elite health resort because of its pure mineral waters? Yes, tourists would ride the train into town, dine downtown and then enjoy a pleasant walk to the mineral springs. Today tourists can still enjoy a train ride and some of the best dining to be found in Georgia. And with Fontis Water, some of the south's best tasting mountain spring water can be delivered straight to your home or office.

Blue Ridge was founded in 1886 as a result of the arrival of the Marietta and North Georgia Railroad. Thanks to the railroad, Blue Ridge developed as a center of business and in 1895 the county seat was moved from Morganton to Blue Ridge. At one time the town actually consisted of only five hotels and several boarding houses in downtown Blue Ridge. Now it's the home to lovely shops, elegant dining options, and beautiful resorts and cabins.

      <link>http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/FontisWaterBlog/~3/iyJLdyqsGJg/Proud%20to%20be%20Georgia%20Grown</link>
      <description>Have you ever noticed our Georgia Grown logo on the home page of our website? You can even spot it on our bottled water. It's a logo and association we are proud to be a part of in Georgia.
Being a Georgia owned business, our pride runs deep.
Georgia's growers and retailers strive to bring you the very best in quality, variety, dependability, and value ... all things we believe in at Fontis.
This year you will be seeing a new logo for the campaign and the Georgia Agriculture Department is taking great strides to promote this new logo and the companies that are Georgia Grown!
“We talked with many of our top growers and sellers to develop a Georgia Grown logo that will be consumer-attractive but also user friendly,” said Gary W. Black, Georgia Agriculture Commissioner. “Our vision is that the updated Georgia Grown imagery will be omnipresent wherever Georgia food products are being marketed.”
At Fontis, we bottle our water from the mountain springs of north Georgia and deliver it straight to your home or office. So take notice of this logo and join us in supporting Georgia Grown businesses.
We appreciate your business, and we at Fontis are proud to be Georgia Grown.&lt;div class="feedflare"&gt;

      <description>What an incredible holiday season it was at Fontis ... not just because of our great customers, but because of what we were able to do in the community. One special event we were able to be a part of was Cobb Christmas.
Cobb Christmas is a non-profit, non-denominational organization, dedicated to helping the low-income and working-poor families of Cobb County during the holiday season. Their organization is run 100% by volunteers, allowing them to invest the majority of funds they raise each year directly into their client services.
Each December for one week Cobb Christmas takes over the exhibition halls at Jim Miller Park to organize and distribute all of the collected, donated and purchased food, stockings and toys to their registered client families. Each year nearly 400 volunteers show up to successfully execute this event.
This year, Fontis Water was a part of this awesome event. It was our honor to be a part of such an incredible act of giving.
To all the volunteers who make Cobb Christmas happen, we say thank you!

      <title>Fontis Water Involved in the Community</title>
      <link>http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/FontisWaterBlog/~3/WdwLnc6Xq7A/Fontis%20Water%20Involved%20in%20the%20Community</link>
      <description>Whether donating water to a road race or being a sponsor for the North Georgia State Fair, Fontis Water takes pride in being involved in the community. Just this week we were the water of choice at a special event at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Marietta.

Owner Jamie Carroll is thankful for the successful business he has grown in the metro Atlanta area and does what he can to give back to the community. He is active not only with area associations, but also with local schools, youth organizations, sporting teams and businesses. Runners in the area look forward to a refreshing bottle of water as they cross a finish line as much as an attendee of the Taste of Kennesaw does!

This idea of community involvement goes back to the purpose for which Fontis Water was founded for in June 2003: to deliver Georgia’s best, most preferred natural spring water to families and businesses with an unmatched devotion to customer service.

To find out where Fontis will be, make sure you check out this link http://www.fontiswater.com/company-events.  We hope to see you there!&lt;div class="feedflare"&gt;
