Customer Review: Best top of the line elliptical for me
I’m 6′4″ 265lbs. Wanting the very best elliptical I narrowed my search to Precor and the Life Fitness X7 & Club models. Testing the Precor models I found the incline ramp, even at it’s lowest settting, put a little too much stress on my knees, not too bad but worried what years of working out like that would do to me in the end. So then it came down to the X7/Advanced or the Club model. I was worried the Club’s fixed 18″ stride might be to short for me so I was interested in the X7 which adjusts from 18″ to 24″. I found on the X7 anything over 18″ I started to lean forward in a hunched over position, longer the stride the worse it got so the X7 was definitely out. The Club model was a perfect fit for me so I bought it and I’m very happy with it. I did get it at a local store. The X7 had the advantage of a little better console I thought being an lcd as opposed to the Club’s led readout. The X7 was also completely silent while the Club had just a little bit of a whine noise while in use but nothing too loud you’d notice once the radio or tv is on.

Customer Review: What you see is what you get
It is a good deal for your money, the table is confortable and solid enough (you have to be watchful when you set it on the floor because it has a tendency to not remain absolutely straight if you do not fix it propperly).
Since it is made of wood, the table is lighter than regular metal portable tables, I still feel it a little heavy for me to carry around but it is not that I can’t do it (I prefer to ask any man I see around to help me transport it from the car to my clients’ house but that is the way I normally approach my femineity). You also have to treat the wood parts with care, it is not battle-proof!
One of the other customers said you can not adjust the table height, you actually can, only that you have to do it before you set the table on the floor because the mechanism is totally manual, you have to pull out the screw fixing the height in every leg and screw it back at the height you prefer, and it does give you a lot of variety. It had taken me a long time to find the proper table because the therapies I do require the table to be as high as my hips if I don’t want to end up with a severe low-back pain; since I have quite long legs, finding the right portable table was not easy. The only problem with the table is that it won’t close when the legs are extended to their top size so I have to adjust the legs every time I am going to use it and every time I’m going to close it.
I also had problems fixing the head cushion (you have to push the stick until it touches the bed) because the stick looked as if it was going to break from pushing but the trick is to give a constant, firm, gentle push, believe me it won’t break.
Overall, I think it is a great deal for its price, delivering is free, it fits my trunk perfectly (my car is a hutchback), it adjusts to my needs, it is confortable and it is relatively easy to carry from one place to another.

I used it and my clients find it very comfortable, and I find it very nice to work with. It is sturdy, and easy to set up. Maybe a little heavy to carry far, especially since it does not come with a suitcase/carrying case. But, since I only intend to use it locally, this does not bother me.
I definitely recommend it, a great value for the price!
The only thing I would improve is some form of arm rest for a patient who is lying on the belly. I folded up a twin bed sheet to a narrow band of about 10 inches, and slung it in a short loop around the head rest fork, so that one’s lower arms can come to find a support in the sling thus created. It makes working on the neck and shoulder part more comfortable and efficient.

My wife and I bought this table because we were tired of jumping around the bed when giving massages. All I can say is this table is awesome! It is the same table a higher end Spa uses near our house here in Vegas. Our only complaint is that one of the plastic knobs broke in transit. It is still usable and with such a big item I refused to send it back, it would be too much of a pain. The material is a professional quality and the comfort is amazing. If you are looking for a table for your home, this is the one. Plenty of room for your hands at your sides plus some. It is really very well made and worth every penny!!!

I have been using this table for the past 3 months doing Tuina massage treatments and energy healing, and I am very happy with it so far. First of all, it is very easy to set up. I am petite, and it is no problem for me to set the table up in less than a minute. I have worked on people of all shapes and sizes, and everyone commented on how extremely comfortable the table is. The padding is the perfect balance between comfortable softness and necessary support. The cover material can be wiped off with a damp cloth and is easy to keep clean. The headrest is also very comfortable, and is adjustable to several heights, which is good if you work with children.

At school, we have Earthlite tables which are about twice as expensive as this Master table, and none of them is only half as comfortable as the Master table. Also, I have not seen any difference in stability between the two brands. The only drawback is that this table is on the heavier side, so if you are planning to travel with this table, a carrying case is mandatory. Otherwise, I give this table an A.
