Yesterday night burnt midnight to study from res exam. And like what i always do, watch a full movie before going for exam. Its really a nice idea to free myself from stress and make good for more mugging of books and terminology.

Yesterday watched "the machinist" by Christian Bale, and i am impress that he can slim down from 90lbs to 50lbs. Almost lost half of his body. He is famously known for able to manipulate his body with ease. I am impressed by his regime and determination.

Went in for the paper 2 today and felt the paper is not what i have practised for the sample sort of differently structured and asked. A lot of common sense answer but works against me because I had been training for the sample paper's format and so I cant apply common during the exam. I do have confident to pass with single sitting. I am pretty sure that t is almost unfair to fail me for my effort in my study.

I hate this gay. His voice only so so, but he sang one of my favourite song I listen when I was younger. As I listen a couple more time, the song kinda grew on me.

I now getting so Cheena. Type SMS and blog in chinese, love China culture and watch channel from China. Live streaming. Even watch 春晚 live over the air at some China website. Watch China drama, china variety and go China 吊花场。Crazy right.

I believe a lot of people discriminate China people. Including foreigner talent and blah blah. But have you realise your ethnic is Chinese and we originated from China. If you reject China native then I guess you are fundamentally reject who you are actually. Being born and raise in Singapore doesn't make you more Chinese than you already are. Anyway, China is an economic force not to be reckon with. Beside Singaporean isn't gracious at all.

Compare Singapore traffic and Euro's traffic and driver ethnic. Ugly Singaporean. Including myself. I agree. At least I own up to it.

Haiz. Up the lorry lah. The RES exam is really putting me under bending moment stress test -_-"

Hey, today's Mother's day and I went to TB Popular and came across a rather interesting book that caught by sight. Good attention getting, gotten give it to the author which is none other than Robert T. Kiyosaki.

The book by the title : Why "A" Students Work for "C" Students and "B" Students Work for the Government.

Come on, tell me how you are not going to pick up and flip through it. Like seriously. Without second thoughts I pick up the book and snap shot and rush home to search google for a free copy. Bing bing

Vegetarian is killing animals more often then you think

My last article is on the common discrimination from domestic pet owner that eating exotic food is cruelty. I left off at why being a vegetarian will not solve animal cruelty. This is my reason.

A lot of vegetarian is vowing to reduce animal suffering from human harvesting them for food. Eating vegetarian which do not have nerves so theoretically they are free from suffering. But I believe there is collateral effect for vegetarian.

First, fuck those vegetarian who visionary is to against animal suffering but still taking dairy products, eggs and cheese. This by product from animal cause animal suffering (as accused) as well. Those that follow strict vegetarian diet that avoid all animal by product is causing animal suffering indirectly and they are as sinful as meat eater in my opinion.

There is a study on the per unit calories vegetarian required from livestock cause so much more animal death compared to meat eater.

Creating space for agricultural will require killing off animal territory which disrupt the natural animal habitats.

With more agricultural land, more chemical and pesticides are required adding to pollution to the environment. Wash off got into ocean and kill marine lives.

Livestock natural habitat like snake, rats, birds and insects are killed in the process. Often die in a slow and painful way.

So just stop the nonsense of being all gracious like you are actually reducing animal suffering by turning vegetarian diet. Vegetarian are in self denial about their detrimental effect on animal is just that us being the meat eater is honest and open about it. Fuck vegetarian.

Killing 1 vs killing 10,000. There is still blood in your hand. Suck it up man.

Domestic pet abuse VS Human food manslaughter

Sometime I feel very ironic for people's reaction to the food I eat. Do not call me sick but I have to confess that I had a "thing" for eating exotic food like, dog meat, turtle soup, kangaroo. People give me the "look" like I am the most sinful person with no compassion for animal. Yup. recently I went to China for my first time in my life to try out dog meat.

And well if you are wondering how dog meat is prepared, do not wonder away. I searched for the most disgusting video available after the break. Please to warned about the graphical. Animal lover please do not view it.

Don't get me wrong. I do find this video disturbing and sickening to swallow. I do felt sick in my stomach. However this do not deter me from eating dog meat. I felt that this should not have any relation in me making decision to eating them. This is some sort of promotion video that is meant to make people have the wrong impression on how eat is processed. I believe out there, people still had compassion and I really believe that the dog had been properly killed for food. But I could be wrong.

You know if you now enraged and think that I am sinful and sick for still eating dog meat. I want you to slow down and give a thought about the poultry, beef, chicken and the egg that you eat very day for your "balanced diet". Hence after watching the video, please do some soul searching before you start discriminating others for cruelty.

Completed my RES course and booked for the exam. Let's not be negative and say that I like changing job. I think I really had problem on your attention span. My passion last faster than goldfish memory -_-

Why realtor? I think because it works somehow like selling stuff on Ebay. Heez... And I like property as much as I like civil. Sort of related right? And I know its tough and with the bad timing of all the cooling measures made it even tougher now to get into this industries. But hey, I got to do what I like to do and I have the energy and time to do it :)

And passing RES is my 2012 / 13 resolution! At least I am still working on my checklist can. Excited to where it is heading to. Instead of studying for exam, I choose to spend my time watching survivor. On going is season 26, while waiting for refreshing of new episode, I back dated and watch season 9 concurrently. Can't get ozzy out of my mind cause he is damn charming and athletic. Legendary immunity challenger. Too bad he didn't manage to win once in this 3 appearance as he is not a very strategic person. Your body is willing so make sure your brain do not fall behind as well.

I believe anyone that tries to leaves you has their reason. Do not hate them cause I will be asking myself if I am worth being after for. So instead of hating people and blame them for whatever reason, be forgiving and upgrade yourself. The only way for them to come back to you is to improve yourself and make yourself worthy again. Or make them regrets, anyway you win.

So right now, I really has to not focus on the negativity and start doing something to bring myself up again. People love you when you learn to love yourself. If i were like my past self, I might be doing stupid things like ruining my life and be wasted. But now I learnt to let go.

Ah. Blog is crying for my attention. It needs an update.

Res exam is getting tougher and i guess it really had over estimated myself. With the cooling measures kicking into place, is it a bad timing for my to enter this market?

Recently, i am having thoughts on relocating to oversea and lead my mobile lifestyle, really caught between my career advancement directions. How should i self substantiate myself globally. Seeking solution.

Mother succeed in filing divorce after so many months of torment and cost because my father just refuse to sign the paper. Interim decision had been passed with another 3 months of lead time for my father to prove otherwise.

Mother got into trouble with louis vuitton for selling replica in her shop and had been settling out of court for 3k damages.

16th march 2013

After yesterday night hip-ups. We still meeting for breakfast at lao ya fen si. Then we went to supermarket to stock up water, food and chocolate as we are heading for long journey to guai po.

Took the long and squeeze bus that took us almost 2 hour and we reach guai po. Entry is 80rmb including entry to tiger park as well. Walk hand in hand to the top of the hill and we reaches guai po. The strange slope that water flow uphill. Took some video as prove.

Took some photos then head to tiger park took the super "scary" front row seat. I prepare myslef for the once in a life time experience getting close view with tiger! Yeah head off into the tiger zone and all the tiger just laze around without giving us a damn. So i think not so worth it take the stupid ride. After the ride that is tiger being caged. You could get closer view after the ride.

Head back to town and went for coffee and head to ktv for short 2 hours singing session. Lastly brought street food and bring back to hotel to eat. End

15th march 2013

We meet up and plan for 大帅俯行程. Both of us were stressed over yesterday dinner with her sister. Along the way we stop over to see some people flying kites. We stood there watching and she just came to tears. Very unhappy initially.

Upon reaching 大帅府. Our mood lighten and start to explore the old lodgement of general zhang xue liang. We spent many hour inside then go to zhao yi gen house then to the old china bank museum.

Evening time we went to the 小型餐馆for dinner. Delicious. We head back to hotel to watch tv 天天向上和我是歌手。till very very late and ting handphone was off.

Somewhere after midnight we had a surprise phone call into my hotel room. Its ting sister!!! She is already below our hotel asking for ting. We all panicked that she can be so protective. She came up to my hotel to give me a lecture. Hai. Speechless.

14th march 2013

We planned to meet 2 hour earlier at 8am end up i was late for an hour. Opps. We proceed to have breakfast at 老鸭粉丝 then i head to 五爱批发市场. We roam around aimlessly and ran across a shop that distribute very cute and cartoony accessories shop. I brought a lot as i think they sell well in singapore. I do not have cash so ting pay for it without second thoughts. Very good right?

I was looking for 茶器. Saw a shop selling some really nice looking one and the shop owner is very good giving us a lot of freebie for me to bring back to singapore. I brought the bottom tray, some bottles and a thing that can change colour when you pour tea over it. Very nice, i plan to learn the art of Chinese tea. She helped me to foot the bill for that as well. Of course i return her later on.

After walking 五爱, we both tired and decide to buy some finger food and return to hotel to eat. We queued for the egg tarts together still cuddling in the cold weather. Every little things done with her, was almost joyful. Even queuing for tarts -_- We went to the shopping mall to collect her laundry and also to catch a coffee of take away coffee. We went back to hotel for TV and snacks.

Just about to start, ting's sister call for dinner meeting with us. I am very stressed. During dinner she disapprove us being together. Now we face serious problem. I might need to tune my plan seriously. I dont know. I am at a lost. This is the worst dinner session for the whole journey. She shoved away during my conversation with her sister as the words we spoke just turns her stomach. I came almost to tears speaking with her sister. We are at a different perspective.

After dinner, Ting was escorted back by her sister leaving me lost at my hotel room. I was lost and when to central for roaming aimlessly. Thinking thoughts on how to compromise on this issue.

13th march 2013

As usual pick her up at 10am, our first checklist is to eat 虾爬子. So we went to the local wet market just opposite our place for that. They do sell exotic live seafood like sea turtle, mini frog, worms and all sort of shell products. We end up buying 虾爬子和大闸蟹. We went up to her apartment to cook them. I complete my second checklist to eat 虾爬子. Yeah, but not really that fantasy after all. But i also get to try 大闸蟹 for the first time which is something i had never try before. Surprisingly, they were very nice with egg york full. Really creamy and rich.

1:30pm we decided to go guai po the slope that cause water to flow uphill instead of downhill which defiant newton 3rd law. We didnt know that the journey took us 2 hour plus and the last bus departing guai po is at 5:10pm. Leave us no time to explore guai po. We anyhow still proceed to it and wonder around the perimeter. The place is quiet without a single soul. Its due to the weather which is not optimised to be at outdoor. Too cold outside while not cold enough for the ice skidding circuit. However we still enjoyed the moment together walking up and down the hill. The surround snow fromed beautifully around and we get time throwing snow ball at each other and leaving foot print on the ice. Feeling happy and contented we went to take a long bus journey back to town. The long and stredious journey back were pleasant due to each other accompany.

Alighting the bus we roam around the street and then went to a shopping center to hunt for a shoe to replacement my broken one. She brought a winter wear and i brought a pair of outdoor track shoes. We foot each other bill as a gesture of present of each other.

Later on we decide to go to some slow rock bar for a round of beer. Ting footed the bill and they were expensive. I really love her attitude and i believe i learn a lot from her as well. We end our night before 12 midnight as her sister didnt like her to stay outside too late. We had the longest and most passionate kisses along the street and before she heads up her apartment. Its fair to say that its both our first attempt to have pda. I am rather shy and she is coming from a conservative country. This is the first time we deep kiss and we were both very satisfy with it.

12th march 2013

Suppose to travel together to beijing but to be cancelled as her sister disapprove us travelling. Sad. This morning finally there is snow, all that i ever wished came true. The snow came drizzling down. I got a encounter my first snow experience.

We went for breakfast at the side stall. I have 老鸭粉丝 and she had 麻辣汤。Then we plan to stroll around town in the snow cause i thought its romantic. However i realised that the snow weather is so cumbersome, dirty my pant with mud and slippery floor. We changed plan and went for movie instead. Watched the 逆世界and realise the english movie had been revoiced to chinese -_-"

After movie she brought me to eat a 水煮鱼that she said is very nice. We ordered too much to finish. As the weather is very cold, we plan to stop outdoor activities for today and when back to hotel to watch tv. We had a short nap together. When i woke up she had already quietly returned to her apartment. I rang her up at 6pm and went over to pick her up with an umbrella. Still snowing and the weather is damn cold.

We walked aimlessly on the street and later decide to go to a local pub for some beer. I really like us strolling in the snow sharing umbrella. We walked very slowly cuddling together under the snow. She told me that she never like snowy weather but she felt quiet a pleasant to stroll with me. While i am also enjoying the moment with her.

In the pub i order the package where they served 3 dry beer, popcorn, nuts and fruit platter. Sang some songs together. I got to steal a kiss when passing her a banana with my mouth :) 初吻sweet! 小姑娘And her friend was at another restruant having dinner so we joined in. The fish head is really delicious. Plan on visiting again before i go back to singapore.

11th march 2013

Day 2 morning we suppose to meet up at 10am. As i do not have roaming or data plan we basically are un-contactable with each other so i went down to wait for her at the lobby but we bump into each other at the lift. 有默契.

She brings me to change to a new hotel closer to her apartment. Then we went to gu gong for a walk, didn't went inside but we drew self portrait by a street artist. I really enjoy the walk along the way and appreciating the old qing dynasty structures. The weather is really bad, sandstorm with 5-6 degree strong wind and the temperature of -7degree. Terrible weather.

Want catch a movie after gu gong, she brought me to have high tea at a restaurant to wait for 小姑娘 and we depart a Korean dinner supposingly to have a raw worm bbq but they ran out of stock.

After dinner we went to shopping mall to get winter clothings then we head back to hotel to watch tv together with 辣味and啤酒。then i send her back to the apartment.

10th march 2013

Waiting impatiently over at beijing pudong airport. Not much to do over my 4 hour stopover except to go eat breakfast. Its 630am in the morning. And the food is crazily expensive. A chinese tea and wantan noodle cost me 158rmb meaning it over $30 sgd. 5 more hour before i see ting. Will this trip trip turns out enjoyable. Shall wait and see.

Flight delayed and upon reaching arrival hall, from far i can recognise her though i have never seen her in real person before. Can say she stood off the crowd. Took a bus then change train before reaching her place. I had underestimated the cold winter here. If Australia winter is cold , then this is at another level. Minus 7 degree, the lake and river had been frizen. No joke.

She brought me to check in hotel first, then we went to have lunch eating my favourite 老鸭血汤。had coffee together and watch a movie. The comedy that we watch is very boring and stupid dont really enjoy anything out of it except the part where i got to hold her hand. After movie at 8pm we went to KO bar to have a couple round of beer. Her treat. I just love the gesture of offer to go dutch on a date unlike a lot out there excepting always the man to foot the bill. Respect earned not given.

After that i send her off to her apartment which is 15 minute walking distance from my hotel. We cuddle and i gave a pack on her cheek before walking back with 臭豆腐和串烧for supper alone in the hotel.

Impulse to go oversea. As quickly as my thought hits me, i booked an air ticket to shenyang 2 days later. Not giving myself too much to wonder around. 2 days enough.

I learnt today that some budget traveller actually purposely book flights with stop over so that they can get the best out of the trip by visit another state or country. So i opt for the singapore to shenyang with a 4 hour stop over at beijing. Nice! Can choose the 12 hour stop over but i reckon that we need to completely check out luggage to exit the airport. Lazy to do that.

10 days at shenyang i plan on staying 3 days there and book a train to either tianjing, dalian or harbin. This time i purposely not book hotel and plan itinerary cause i just like to live in the moment without having too much pressure. Remember the article that i wrote on life is all about the journey and not the destination?

So many to do list to accomplish, eating 虾蛄，天津狗不理包子，馄饨 to name the least. And this is the first time I going over at winter season. Sub zero degree and possibly snowing. But already passed snowing period. Now is only cold winter, still pray that it will snow nonetheless.

Coming back i need to catch up on a couple of my new years resolution. Taking and passing IPT and complete RES course in the shortest time possible.

Side note, i am a doer when i want to do. I say to host my changba fanatic and there there. I became the 玄籁家族的群主。

I am so clever to come up with the name and have all the fans to agree upon diplomatically. Define and reason why the name

1。不要用真人头像除非你是高富帅或白富美

2。互粉，多听人的歌，多留言，建立良好关系。记得粉丝团在于＂精＂不在于＂量＂

3。唱时一定要用耳机。可用带mic的也可以用没mic的耳机。本人喜欢不带mic的耳机对着手机唱。喷mic会少些echo也会多些。

4。如果带mic的耳机唱时喷mic严重，请把mic向外，唱时朝mic的45度唱。别对准mic吼。

5。刷榜多开几个小号，几架手机同时刷试听，25秒后关歌在开算一次。留言越多越好别留多过10个在同一个人，不然会被言禁。再来就是花花。每个小号3朵花。

Recently into this china app called 唱吧！手机ktv. Can only install through china region hence there are very little singapore playing this app. A lot of chio bu but most of them are not using their own picture of course. And the system kind of very funny, you get into the 龙谷榜 not because you have the killer voice but because you have a lot of supporter. Most of the number one inside sucks.

Its the time of the year for my own personal appraisal. Time to set new resolution and review on my old resolution for last year. I had highlighted at the bottom with green that all the item that I had achieved.

For year 2013

Achieve 3k/month profit for buyincase shop

Lose 8kg body weight to 72kg

Get a property agent license
Get to 3 different country this year

comestically make over : Attempted in poly time, now revert back to old self
get grades enough for me to enter uni: Achieved the grade, (very good job)
quit smoking: Attempt a few time, quitted twice, once with Liwen and the other time in Bendigo
treasure the most important person in my live: Still didn't change much
socially more confidence and out going: Bad to worst
overcome stage fright: Joined Toastmaster and host Lilian's wedding dinner :)

2011 no resolution

I reckon that I didn't follow much to my new year resolution but did manage to obtain quite a number on my wishlist. In my poly time, i was quite productive and achiever. After i start working, things completely changed. I felt I lost all my mojo, live is such boring and mundane. Nevertheless, setting resolution had became a routine so here it goes.

New year celebration

Woa. This year 2013 could one of the best celebration for so long. Pass couple of years is simply dreaded through. This year i chiong so many places in one night. My youth is coming back.

Lets break down. Meet xingyu to bishan haibin go prawning and spend the magical 12 oclock there. Everyone is rowdy and shouting when it almost 12midnight. Caught a few little big prawn but the caught that night is not ideal. We had satay, mee boon, chicken wings during the long 3 hours for waiting.

After prawning we drove to golden mile and went that disco to have jug of ice cold beer, it is crowded and dirty that night. After beer we went down to have some nice thai food. Best.

Since i drank beer, i cannot drive so we took a long walk from golden mile to nugis miiddle road. 1/2 hours we had a good heart to heart talk. Seem like she had a lot of similarity with me and also able to read me better than others. She knows what i want, what i really is and mu point of view.

Soon we reach pool funshion and we had a few rounds of pool and then decide to go ktv to sing till morning. So long never chiong through the nught liao.

End up we slowing scroll back to golden mile to pock up my car, its already early in the morning. But there is still a lot of people standing around waiting for cab. We continue to have fun and chatted whole heartedly along the way.

Blogger on iphone is so buggy. Photos can only be inserted into at the end of the post. Beside i dont know why the photo uploaded can only be loaded on iphone browser an not on laptop browser like firefox and chrome. Hai~

I didnt celebrate christmas eve this year. Sad. But manage to meet up old colleague at acid bar on the christmas night itself. Yiwei crazy to crash on one of them. Really crazy.

I am waiting for my 水煮鱼 alone at lao sishuan. Cannot get enough for it. 2 days ago, my shop electric got cut by pub stuff as my landlord didnt pay for the bill. All went hiding in china and many quitted the company. They went into law suit with one of the furniture guy. And now the temple guy rented the whole shop and of course it illegal to sublet the whole shop out. Again the temple guy gonna bring this matters to court. My landlord must be getting into a lot of troubles now. Unentically behaviour.

Life after working hours are again amazing. Pubbing cludding and all, life is good being single again. And i believe that as a man at my age, my value just slowly appreciated. Men just will grow more and more handsome against age. How good being a man. Haha.

Christmas coming and i will be taking leave again in christmas day. Yeah.
