Right, I’m back. Due to having my PC in my room in my new house I haven’t really been on it a lot – seems too anti-social sitting in my room on the internet. So thanks to the wonders of interest free overdrafts I’ve invested in one of these bad boys, with a lovely £120 student discount. Best thing I’ve ever bought. I’m definitely going to be glued to it, so I haven’t got any excuses not to keep this blog updated any more. Since I’ve been away, Rob found a video on YouTube entitled “Max Palmer”, which was a re-edit of some of the clips of Smither I’ve put up, very confusing:

I went skateboarding with Paget the other week, got a little bit of footage which might end up on the internet in a few months. There’s a very fun spot just 10 minutes skate from my house… The following weekend I went up to Stroud with my mate’s from back home, and had a ridiculously messy and hilarious weekend/2 day house party. Didn’t really calm down afterwards and am now very behind with Uni work, but it’s alight because tonight I’m going to Hospitality @ Matter to see High Contrast, Beardyman, London Elektricity, Fabio, Ed Rush & Danny Byrd, amongst others. Hype! More from me soon, but in the mean time, this is a lol:

Sunday, the day of rest, consisted of waking up at half two, making a fry up at half three, going to Spoons for beer & a burger and a pub quiz at 7, and sometime in between I managed to capture the last bits of footage that I filmed before moving here. The resulting video only contains Smither not landing tricks and making excuses:

Where I lived before I moved here – Liphook, for a couple of weeks before I moved there was absolutely no signal from O2, which to say the least, was very frustrating. I’m stoked to see the subject arise on Watchdog, with one of my very good mates, James Hill, appearing on the program!

If you haven’t already, I recommend adding skateboardingvideo.co.uk to your list of daily sites to check, the Skate Europe documentary is sick, and have a look at the Richie Jackson video posted just below it, it’s something else!

Having decent internet here makes life so much better, I’ve never been able to watch iPlayer at home before, let alone stream it in HD! Watching all these skate videos has made me gag for a skate, although the weather the past few days has been atrocious… Chase & Status tomorrow though! In other news, last night I treated myself with a meal fit for a king; medium rare steak, fried onions, new potatoes with herbs & butter and a lovely bit of salad. Back to cheesy beans on toast now… Also, we’ve watched every Extras episode ever made thanks to a house mate bringing the box set, and it was the best thing that has ever happened to me. I literally love Ricky Gervais, absolute genius. Have a good evening, and if you get bored – Extras!
