im 10 1/2 weeks pregnant, i could see a heartbeat on an ultrasound 3 or so weeks ago, but yesterday my doctor could not hear the heart beat on the fetal doppler. i have to go back in a week to see if she can hear it, and if not, i must have another ultrasound. [...]

I went to the doctor yesterday, he tried to listen for the heart beat with the doppler but he couldn’t find it. should i be worried?
