Operating Systems: I have an interest in Linux and the ability to build your very own server. All it costs you to build one is salvaging and old computer and a little time. There will be articles explaining how to build your own LAMP (Linux-Apache-MySQL-PHP) server. The articles are written very simply to help you learn how to use a server, linux and understand the PHP programming language.

TinyMCE Issue Embedding Videos

There has been an issue with the Joomla 1.5 TinyMCE article editor where you can't embed youtube videos. The Fandangle Youtube Module will solve that problem until Joomla has fixed TinyMCE.

TinyMCE Doesn't Work in Joomla 1.5.12

There have been a lot of complaints about the Joomla 1.5.12 patch and very little in explaining how to fix the TinyMCE issue. You may notice that TinyMCE doesn't work e.g. text alignment to an image. This tutorial will explain how to work around this issue. Don't worry there is no coding involved.
