February 16th thru February 29th is Italian Days at Publix.Whether you like your Italian al dente, savory, or hearty, you can find all the delicious ingredients you need to create authetic Italian cuisine. The possibilities are endless, and the best part is you don’t have to go all the way to Italy to get a taste of Italian tradition. With Italian Days, available exclusively at Public, you can find great prices and coupon savings on some of your favorite brands like Progresso, Green Giant, Muir Glen. Get everything you need for your recipe at Publix during Italian Days!

One of my favorite Italian recipes is Eggplant Parmesean. I make it gluten free and it tastes just as good as “regular”.
