As a friendly reminder, the next FBCCC meeting will be Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at the Fort Bend County Office of Emergency Management from 1:30-3:00PM. &nbsp;The program will be about Hurricane Season 2013 with Brian Haines from the National Weather Service and Alan Spears of Fort Bend County OEM presenting.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[The National Weather Service has issued an Urban and Small Stream Advisory for Fort Bend County until 2:00 PM CDT.

At 11:03 AM, Doppler Radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms.&nbsp; This may cause urban and small stream flooding in part of Fort Bend County.&nbsp; Over two inches of rain has fallen in the past hour in portions of Fort Bend County.&nbsp; Some areas and streets will experience minor flooding.
