How much on auto-pilot is your life?

How well do you know who you have become?

How much do you know what you want out of life?

What is the level of your happiness and why?

Most of us seem to move so fast through this life, without stopping to ask such questions.

Questions that can propel us to make beneficial changes to our lives.

Take some time today for reflection.

It is not only beneficial for your own happiness, but for that of all those close to you.

The coolness of the sun;

The crispness of the wind;

The whiteness of the land;

The bareness of the trees;

These are all the elements of a deep winter freeze.

Nature moves so smoothly through all her changing times.

There is an ease to how the leaves change color.

There is an ease to how the snow falls.

There is an ease to how the new buds bloom.

There is an ease to how the fruits ripen.

How do you move through the changes in your life?

“They” say sometimes it is good to be gentle…

And sometimes you just have to go after what you want.

Just be careful not to leave too many bite marks ;)

This is Grand Etang Crater Lake in Grenada.

It fills the crater of one of Grenada’s extinct volcanoes, and is surrounded by a rich, tropical rainforest on all sides.

It rests at an elevation of 1900 feet.

Many mysteries surround this area, the biggest one of all is where the water for this lake comes from. Each year more water comes out of it, than goes into it.

There are times where we feel overwhelmed. There is just too much in our life.

Often this type of feeling results from congestion.

We can have various things contribute to our personal congestion.

Too many needy relationships, can lead to emotional congestion.

Too many things to do or think about, can lead to mental congestion.

Too much to eat, can lead to digestive congestion.

Too much to deal with, can lead to psychological congestion.

Examine your life today, and see what areas of it, or of yourself may be suffering from any kind of congestion.

How can you unclog those areas?

How can you bring about change and bring your life back to balance?

I invite you to reflect on that today so that you can begin to flow more easily through your life.

Today I am in the “Jungle” – well not literally, although I was in the Grenadian Rainforest not too long ago, as seen in the photo above.

No, today I am in a different “Jungle” – it is the “Jungle of Life” where I am honored to join my friend Lance Ekum in a very special interview that he asked me to do.

When you are faced with new experiences, are you conscious or are you alert?

These two states may seem the same, but they are not.

Being alert can drive us into a state of consciousness, but it can be driven out of fear.

Being conscious allows us to be aware of our surroundings in a way that empowers us to think or act in a way that is most suitable for the situation at hand.

The underlying foundation for consciousness is love.

May all your thoughts, words and actions come from a state of love.

Take a better look.

There is a colorful world all around us.

Whether you look around your house, your office or your garden.

There is color to see.

Let the vibrancy of the colors around you, rejuvenate you and uplift you.
