The human brain, as a whole, may be a truly fascinating specimen, but the real “star” of the show is perhaps the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is responsible for a myriad of bodily processes that, truthfully, would boggle your mind if you had to consciously ensure that each of these processes was not neglected.

Whether it is regulating your heartbeat, or blinking to constantly moisten your eyes, or to play chemist to your digestive system, your subconscious mind runs like an ultra-sophisticated computer that perpetually ensures all vital functions run as smoothly, and as seamlessly, as possible.

But apart from being the “maintenance man” to your body, your subconscious mind also works as a data repository, storing away memories and experiences and processes that your conscious mind deems important. It works around the clock, even as you sleep, and automates certain tasks for you, so you don’t have to consciously manage them, like waking up every morning at a specific time so you are not left waking up at random hours.

The subconscious mind can be more than just an internal alarm clock, believe it not. Have you ever had a particular dilemma, only to have someone tell you that perhaps you should “sleep on it?” And then somehow when you wake the next morning, you are struck with an idea or inspiration that would resolve the dilemma which had troubled you the night before? This is the subconscious at work.

Although the subconscious is not capable of rational decisions, remember that the subconscious mind also serves as a repository of information. The subconscious may try and match relevant information that it has stored over the years, and upon your awakening, it relays the information it has to your conscious mind, which then engages in the analysis and rationalization of the information it receives, resulting in a “Eureka” moment when the answer to the dilemma is found.

Feel free to try it for yourself. Give your subconscious a problem to solve before you go to bed. Ponder over the issue at hand, focus on it, and then go to sleep. Chances are you will be able to “stumble upon” an answer in the morning.

Even though you require sleep to ensure a healthy mind and body, your subconscious never sleeps. Instead, it is constantly providing you with a treasure trove of inspiration, aspirations, ideas, solutions and motivation. Not a lot of people are aware of this fact, but the world renowned painting ‘Mona Lisa’ by Renaissance artist Leonardo Da Vinci, was the result of the famous painter’s subconscious.

It was through the subconscious that Beethoven managed to produce masterful symphonies, despite being completely deaf. Numerous other artists throughout history have also created masterpieces thanks to their subconscious minds.

Your subconscious mind has the power to make anything possible. It holds the solution to practically any question; any problem that you may have. This power only needs to be tapped into once you are made aware of its existence. Once you truly understand the magnitude of the power that lies within, you only need to give it the attention it needs to manifest into reality all that you desire.

Here’s how you can begin manifesting the deepest desires in your life.

• Calm your mind and eliminate all negativity from your body. Simply instruct your body to release all tension, all manner of stress, and tell it to relax fully. The removal of such tensions will clear the path of communication to your subconscious, so that you may better relay your desires to it. The absence of negativity will make it easier for your subconscious to obey your will. Do this twice every day to ensure maximum effectiveness.

• While in such a receptive state, focus on one specific desire in mind. Know with utter certainty that that specific desire is what you wish to manifest into reality. Put all your faith and belief into it; convince yourself that it must come to pass, because you have willed it to be so. Fully visualize your life as if you have already manifested that desire into your reality. Envision the joy you would feel, the feeling of contentment that comes with the realization of your desires. If you desire a beautiful home, picture yourself in that very home, walking through the expanse of your dream home, enjoying the gardens and raising a wonderful family there. Make that mental picture as vivid as you possibly can.

• Once you have a clear picture of your desire, turn it to your subconscious mind. Form it as a request to the Divine, to the Infinite Wisdom of your subconscious, so that it may reveal to you the means of how you can manifest your desire into reality. Release the mental picture of your desire with the same faith and confidence that a farmer would have when he sows his seed into the ground. Just as he trusts the principle of life and growth, so too should you trust the laws of the mind, which will manifest your thoughts into reality.

The Importance of Self Esteem

Over the course of the past 19 years, as a life-optimization, business-productivity, and personal-effectiveness coach, I have had the privilege of personally coaching more than one thousand people to make their lives work more optimally. As a result of these coaching sessions, I have been able to gain great insight into what it takes to be maximally effective with others, most productive in business, and what is generally necessary to achieve fulfillment and happiness. I have noticed that whenever there was struggle and suffering, when scarcity thinking took precedence over one’s ability to attract abundance, when conflict and broken relationships were present, when abusive, addictive, or emotionally taxing behaviors were the norm, whenever people struggled in their communication and in their relationships, when health issues diminished the quality of one’s life experience, and in short, whenever all the things people don’t want to attract into their lives characterized the realities of my coaching clients, one common denominator was typically present.

That underlying factor is lacking self-esteem.

Studies show that high self-esteem is the number one ingredient essential for developing happiness, fulfillment, rich relationships, and overall success in life. My definition of what comprises high self-esteem is more encompassing than most. It starts with personal power, which is our ability to produce an intended result with velocity. In other words, people possessing high self-esteem have the ability to envision a goal or accomplishment and know that they can manifest it deliberately and with confidence. Those possessing personal power also have the ability to influence others. They know that this gift can translate into making bold requests, using their charisma to get their agendas heard, or otherwise doing whatever it takes to bring about their desired results.

In addition to possessing personal power, those with high self-esteem have an air of competence. They are in control of their lives and expect success. Their positive expectation of a bright future marked by rich relationships, abundance, happiness, and fulfillment creates within them the self-motivation essential to bring about their vision for each aspect of their lives on purpose. They feel like they can control their destinies rather than be at the affect of the whims of others and the random assaults of what others lacking in self-esteem might see as a cruel and punishing world.

Those with high self-esteem also feel significant. They matter to others and have the attention and affection of many. They love freely and are loved in return and know that there is no shortage of love, friendship, riches, blessings, fun, and fulfillment. These and all the other blessings they desire are all around them, ready for their taking. An exciting world overflowing with possibilities and opportunities lies ahead for them and they know it and take advantage of the abundance, fun, and loving relationships awaiting them!

High self-esteem people are also comfortable with who they are. They are virtuous and feel good about themselves from a moral perspective. They know that they are intrinsically good (as are others) and they take pride in their communications and relationships, knowing well that they have much to offer and contribute to others. Their actions are consistent with their values and they have integrity. Their words reflect their intentions and they walk their talk. They are proud of who they are and realize the contribution they represent to the others and to the world.

Just as importantly, those possessing high self-esteem have an appreciation for others. They look at others with empathy, realizing that life must be characterized by win-win relationships because what hurts others hurts us as well. They have an appreciation for what it must be like in the other person’s shoes. They realize that people do the best they know how to do consistent with how they see the world.

Unlike those who are ego-driven, high self-esteem people respect others, rather than focus on just what is in it for them. All too often, people mistakenly confuse high ego for high self-esteem. The two could not be more dissimilar. In fact, those with a selfish preoccupation for only themselves typically lack self-esteem as they fail to consider the importance of mutuality and respect for the rights and needs of others. These egotists are not aware of respecting the needs of others and so they, by definition, lack self-esteem in that arena. For one to truly possess high self-esteem, he or she must respect the rights and needs of others. Therefore, egomaniacs, self-centered individuals, bullies, and those who violate others − although they may appear self-confident − lack true self-esteem.

For one to possess high self-esteem, he or she must feel significant and virtuous, possess empathy for others, and display personal power and competence in all six key areas of life. These areas include health and appearance, relationships, occupation or business, the ability to attract wealth and be in control of one’s finances, personal and spiritual development, and the ability to have fun, play, and pursue one’s passions. Those lacking the ability to make their lives work optimally in any of these areas may possess situational self-esteem. It can be commonplace for one to possess high self-esteem in one area (like business) while lacking self-esteem in another (such as relationships.) However, because all areas of life are connected, diminished levels of self-esteem in one area invariably carry over to sabotage other areas. For this reason, it is important that one approach life with a perspective that embraces whole thinking. This means that because all areas of life are intertwined, true happiness, abundance, fulfillment, and success in all areas is the ultimate goal of an integrated life.

I am Soli´ (”sun within”) and I love to create!

During a large part of my life, I was a very efficient ”suit”, working hard and long hours in the international media arena, until Life crushed this path and I had to turn inwards. The journey of finding out who I really was began and became more important than anything else. In this process, I took up painting again (I painted alot when I was younger), and I could just not stop – it was like a faucet having been turned on and there was no off switch!   I painted day and night. Today, I live in my native Stockholm and paint almost every day and hold courses to facilitate for people to find their own creativity by painting.

A painting starts (I don’t start it) when I have a feeling of something uplifting or loving that I want to express. I love nature immensely, and usually the source of my art is a plant or an element of nature. For ex., I can have a picture in my head of a rose that I want to paint, but what comes out on the canvas is always something different – the particular energy of the rose, in abstract form. It’s so clear to me that it’s not my person who is the creative one, it’s my Soul. Always. Beacuse it’s impossible for me to paint when I’m in a bad mood, believe me, I’ve tried! The more child like and non-predetermined I am about the outcome, the stronger the energy in the painting. It’s really about letting go totally and having alot of fun in the process!

My paintings contain energies that interact with people. It can be energies of love, healing, support, cleansing etc., it’s always something beneficial and uplifting. And it’s so fun watching people when I have gallery openings – I can see what each person needs depending on which painting he/she is attracted to. I also do individual Soul paintings where I tune into a person’s Higher Self, and that person will have the energy of their Soul before them to aid and support them in life.

This is not an ordinary flower! It is water – a very special kind of water, called Grander water. It is a grounding and healing water from springs in the Austrian Alps. I used this water when painting its energy and it turned into a flower…a flower of healing water.

Energetically, this is one of my strongest pieces. The energy of the cosmic Water and the cosmic Fire is here to help us burn away our blockages and purify our nature. Sometimes a memory from previous lifetimes pops up. This painting represents a glorious time in ancient Egypt, a time when we worshipped and respected nature, and in particular, the water with all its marine life. Here is a holy fish together with a now extinct shell and amoeba. All life of the Mother was sacred to us, and this painting might help you remember this time long gone.

I wanted to paint joy. This painting just ”happened” when I looked for joy. Not until it was finished, I saw what it was – the energy of three playing dolphins. How do you depict joy better than going into the energies of playing dolphins! It’s a very fun painting to have when energy-sensitive friends come to visit – they start to jump and jolt just like dolphins!

The energy in this painting welcomes the birth of the New Earth. An Earth without negativity, an ascended Earth. The welcoming energies come both from the painting itself and the symbol in the center. Supports change.

Yet another flower. In March/April in Sweden, the Hepatica is one of the first gorgeous signs of spring. Hepatica is a small, very delicate blue flower with a very gentle, sweet and innocent energy. This abstract depiction of the Hepatica emits this beautiful childllike energy.

Nature is very important to me, and often I feel a strong urge to paint a certain flower, plant or element. This painting came about with great ease and speed when I whished to paint a rose just the way a rose look like. However, what I picture in my mind is never important, the feeling is. So this is the energy, as an abstraction, of the pure love of the Rose.

Fresh raw vegetables have life force.  A life force that can fuel our own health and vitality.  Pulling from the Latin vegetabilis (animated) and from vegetare (enliven), we can say that vegetables allow us to wake up and move both our body and brain.

Most vegetables are very high in water and necessary vitamins and minerals.  They are a perfect compliment to animal protein meals to help supply the nutrients that aid in the digestion and utilization of those foods.  Most vegetables are predominantly carbohydrate, with important fiber bulk to assist the bowels.  But that is not all, vegetables are loaded with vitamins C and A, along with some B vitamins, trace minerals, potassium, calcium, magnesium, and iron.  The dark leafy greens, yellow or orange vegetables, such as squash, carrots and peppers, are all high in beta-carotene, which produces vitamin A in our body.  Vitamin A helps to protect tissues during infections, repair tissues after injury or surgery, and promote rapid recovery.  One important function of vitamin C is in the formation and maintenance of collagen, the basis of connective tissue, which is found in skin, ligaments, cartilage, vertebral discs, joint linings, capillary walls, and the bones and teeth.  Vitamin C is also used to aid those withdrawing from drug or substance addictions like sugar, nicotine, alcohol and caffeine.  There is so much more to share, however for now we can simply say… GREENS HAVE IT!

Chlorophyll which is part of most plants and especially high in the dark green vegetables, has special healing properties.  Where blood is the most basic component of the human body, plants have their basis in chlorophyll.  Many studies have shown that chlorophyll extracts provide intestinal nourishment and has a soothing or healing effect on the mucous linings.  Chlorophyll has been found beneficial to help detoxify or purify our system, the liver in particular, as well as healing skin ulcers.  Anticancer effects have been given to the cruciferous family vegetables such as broccoli, brussels sprouts, and cauliflower.

The most nutritious way to eat vegetables is fresh and raw.  However raw vegetables eaten in large quantities are harder for some people to chew and digest and can produce intestinal gas.  Broccoli is one example of a raw vegetable with this quality.  Light steaming of the broccoli (vegetables) will soften them without depleting much of their nutrients.  Baked vegetables will also hold their nutrients.  If we boil vegetables, many of their nutrients go into the water, so unless you will be drinking the water or making this into a soup, boiling is not ideal.

Keeping with a feeling of fresh, raw, or slightly steamed, leafy greens are probably the richest in nutrients of any food s in the animal kingdom.  The greener they are, the more nutritious they are. [green = chlorophyll]

Dandelion greens are one of the richest sources of vitamin A around and  are known to neutralize excess acids in the stomach and intestines.  The healing properties of the leaves and root range from treating a variety of liver and gallbladder issues, breast diseases and water retention to easing  joint pain, fever and skin diseases.  In 1984 the USDA ranked dandelions in the top 4 green vegetables in overall nutritional value.  This power packed green makes a wonderful healing addition to a yummy summer salad.

Kale is a fairly tasty vegetable with a rich array of nutrients and can be found as lacinato kale and purple kale in addition to the curly kale common to most stores.  The lacinato and purple varieties have a sweeter taste.  Before you turn up your nose at this tasty delight, check out the nutrients in one cup of steamed kale.  Note that one cup of steamed kale requires two to three cups of fresh kale so the following numbers are approximates.

*  A little over 50 calories
*  10g carbohydrate
*  3-4g of protein
*  2-3g of fiber
* less than 1g of fat
* nearly 8000 IU’s of vitamin A
* between 150 and 200 mg of calcium
* 30 mg of magnesium
*  2mg iron
*  300mg of potassium
*  vitamin C comes in between 100-150 mg
*  traces of manganese, copper and zinc
*  less than 50mg of sodium
* with 40mcg of folic acid

Can we say WOW, or Holy WOW. the Greens have it all. Here are a few more tidbits.  Cabbage is a nutritious anticancer cruciferous vegetable that is low in fat and can even help reduce body fat levels.  Red cabbage is higher than green in vitamins A and C, but lower in folic acid and chlorophyll.  Fermented cabbage, called sauerkraut, is loaded with digestive enzymes and is a key player in killing off candida from the body.

Chard is a rich source of vitamin A, and has fair amounts of vitamin C, folic acid, calcium, magnesium, sodium and potassium.  Regular or rainbow chard is good hot with a bit of melted butter or flaxseed oil.  One of my favorite breakfast meals is 2 cups steamed chard with 6 egg whites and a tsp of Flaxseed oil.  I feel very satisfied after eating this breakfast.

Steamed Collard greens are wonderful with sauteed onions.  Collards are strong in folic acid, vitamin C and another rich source of vitamin A.  Collards make an excellent fiber source and contain the minerals calcium, potassium, iron and zinc in plenty.  Another wonderful recipe combination is sauteed onions + steamed collards + ground turkey + flaxseed oil on top.  Yummy!!!

Green leaf, red leaf, butter lettuce and romaine make for wonderful salads.  Remember those dark green in color are richer in chlorophyll, vitamin A and folic acid.  Lettuces also contain some calcium, potassium and iron and are good fiber foods.  We can toss spinach into this dark green leafy family as well.  The Popeye tale brought spinach to the forefront with the saying that “Spinach makes ya strong!!!”  One cup of uncooked spinach has nearly 2 mg of iron; 4500 IU’s of vitamin A and a healthy dose of vitamin C.  The B vitamins are low except for folic acid.  Potassium, magnesium and calcium are high with copper, manganese and zinc saying a healthy hello.  Raw spinach does contain oxalic acid, which may bind some of the calcium and other minerals.  Spinach is a good addition to a salad or can be used as a substitute for lettuce.  Note:  once fresh spinach is cooked or a can is opened, it should be consumed within the day and not stored, due to the potential oxidation of iron.

Watercress is a spicy green from the mustard family and used in herbology as to purify the blood.  Known as an anticancer super food,  watercress can significantly reduce DNA damage to blood cells, when eaten on a daily basis.  This spicy green makes a lovely addition to salads and contains high quantities of vitamin A and calcium.  Traces of nearly all the B vitamins are present along with vitamin C, potassium, iron and magnesium.

My intention at this point was to add in a few recipe ideas.  Google opened a huge portal of possibilities.  I found Watercress Soup; Thai Grilled Watercress Salmon; Rainbow Chard with Pine Nuts, Parmesan and Basil; Mushroom, Kale and White Bean Skillet…. and the list keeps going.  So rather than pop in what is making ME hungry, head to your computer and do a search for what YOU are wanting.

…or just bringing your old stuff to the surface?

An ordinary explosion creates a sheer energetic force of chaotic power. The shock wave from an explosion can overwhelm the senses because the body and aura become temporarily disoriented. We now have explosively shocking phenomena in our solar system, called solar flares, and they seem to be increasing in frequency and intensity lately. The media says that the flares can affect satellites and other electrical systems. True, but what about the effect upon the living bio-electricity of your own body? In what ways are you like a satellite? And could the solar flares affect your mind, or even your soul?

Our sun’s flares are activated by intensity originating from the center of our galaxy, at the galactic core. It’s not something you think about generally, what with all the details of daily life, but we’re becoming galactic citizens whether we realize it or not. Though our sun and our little solar system is at the edge of the Milky Way galaxy, our sun is receiving activation from the galactic core. And when you understand what is happening to our world, and know how to flow along with it, you will understand what is happening to you physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

When I tune into the consciousness of the sun, I sense that it is a vast, living being. It has a soul, and like all living beings, it gets its primary energy from the universe itself, and especially from the galactic core. And you can learn something from this, because the sun is teaching you how to connect directly with the universe, as if you were  plugging into an electrical socket. But if you were just receiving fresh life energy from these solar flares, that would be easy. There is much more to these cosmic events, however…

The solar flares are transmitting a vibrantly activating higher consciousness directly from the galactic core, in the form of living plasma energy. Plasma is mysterious stuff, and it has been called the fourth state of matter — the first three being solid, liquid, and gas. So plasma is not solid, liquid, or gas, and yet it may appear to mimic these at times. Now this plasma is fascinating because when you tune into it, it communicates with you on many levels, as if it were alive. Which it evidently is, as there is consciousness within everything in the universe — but the intelligence of plasma is a higher level of consciousness, with special qualities…

Plasma is super-alive, or perhaps super-conscious, I’ll call it, because it is capable of activating your consciousness in ways that may transcend the benefits that the solid, liquid, and gas can offer you. If you’ve spent any time with quartz crystals, and if you experienced their amazing abilities to activate your cosmic awareness, you know that crystals are definitely conscious. So multiply that, and you get a sense of how plasma can awaken your inner spiritual capacities. The sun is activated by the deep plasma life intelligence at the galactic core, and so the sun is releasing vast amounts of spiritually activating plasma into this solar system, which is having a catalyzing effect upon you.

The plasma being activated by our sun is awakening your own plasma within you, and this is changing consciousness whether people are ready for it or not. This is because plasma is one of the essential forms that your living soul has within your body. When you let yourself feel into it, you can sense how plasma may well be the life-energy body of your soul. Plasma is a flowing, vibrating, living substance, and the stronger recent solar flares are vibrating your soul body into a new level of presence and functioning. And this can feel overwhelming, because you have been acclimated to a lower level of spiritual aliveness.

The emerging super-capacities in humanity will come from their activated plasma soul-bodies. And if it were that simple, then we would all turn into super beings, and that would be that. However the challenge is that at every level of your being, your ego is rigidified into patterns, and these patterns are not ready for your emerging spiritual power. In fact, unless you understand what is happening, you might assume that your body and mind are going backwards in their development, and that’s not the case at all…

When your spiritual plasma bodies activate, the vibrations shake the old patterns to the surface, and that can mean that toxins come to the surface. It can also mean that old disease patterns can surface, and this can be uncomfortable. Your practical response to surfacing toxins is to clear them out. This is important even if your lifestyle is seemingly healthy. The solar energy activations are bringing up patterns that could come from childhood diseases, family patterns, and past life patterns. So clearing toxins, releasing patterns, and embracing your spiritual awakening are keys to flowing with the changes as pleasantly as possible.

Your emotional body is also being activated by the solar flares, and as with the physical body, emotional patterns are surfacing. Many people are finding old patterns that they thought they had already released making their moody presence known. If you judge it or deny it, that won’t make the old patterns go away, no matter how much you wish it would. As your plasma bodies activate, they shake the old patterns loose, just like a dog shaking water off its fur. But typically, the old patterns don’t fling out of your reality quite so easily. So you’ll be spending time experiencing these old emotions, and you’ll have a choice to make…

Do you judge and deny the surfacing emotions, or do you befriend them, so that you can help them? Befriending them doesn’t mean submitting to them or agreeing with them. You listen to them, so that the surfacing emotions know that you accept them. This makes it easier to educate them, and to gently release them. When you learn to do this layer-by-layer, you can heal your patterns more easily, because the layer-by-layer approach lets you move through the patterns gently, yet deliberately.

Your awakening soul energy is igniting the living cosmic plasma in your mental body, and this is bringing provoking thoughts to the surface. Old limiting perceptions and beliefs are up for review, and they have a characteristic tight and limiting quality to them. This distinguishes the old thoughts from the new, expansive and liberating thoughts that are attempting to emerge within your mental body. The contrast is stronger than ever, and it can be rather crazy-making to feel simultaneously that anything is possible, while also experiencing limiting childlike fears that seem to hold the olden resonance of humanity’s accumulated fears.

As your plasma bodies awaken, they want to express their infinite nature. And they are trying to vibrate at the higher radiant level, but it might not feel wonderful to you just yet, because your rigidified patterns in your personality and ego are still resisting. And when you are only noticing the old patterns uncomfortably surfacing, you find yourself wondering when the challenges will end, and when the smoother good times will finally arrive. Here are some essential realizations that will serve you well during your spiritual awakening…

You don’t have to wait until all your limiting patterns are released in order to feel the good aspects of your spiritual awakening. Just knowing that you can tap into the good vibrations now gives you the hint that you can access some enlivening spiritual realities in any given moment. If it is that simple, what exactly can you do to touch that potential? Since you are exploring the sun at the moment, just let yourself imagine this: Tune into the sun, and in your mind, go beneath the surface, and tune into its center point. Sense the sun as a living energy that you can talk with and share energy with.

Are you ready to acknowledge that whatever that vast cosmic energy within the sun is, you yourself have something very much like it within your own self? It’s simple to do, but challenging for some to consider, because it helps you move beyond centuries of limited concepts. Not that recognizing your galactic essence is bad or scary — quite the opposite — it is a joyous recognition of your divine nature. But to the extent that your little ego feels unready, this cosmic recognition could be overwhelming for some people.

And so, recognizing your cosmic nature is up to you. And if you sense that you’re probably ready, then you probably are. And if it seems like it would be too much, then relax and wait until you feel ready. So what is within the sun? First of all, you have been educated to perceive the sun as a ball of fiery gas. Whatever scientists will eventually prove the sun to be remains to be seen. So be clear that the essence you are tuning into right now is the energetic quality, or the soul of the sun. And when you tune into that divine solar essence, you discover an energy — a living plasma energy of pure universal spirit. And, if you allow yourself to, you can start to notice a similar energy within yourself.

So the solar flares are jump-starting your own internal cosmic engine, so that you can truly sense your cosmic nature. When you recognize the connection, as a real, felt sense within you, you will no longer think of yourself as a material being with an external soul. You will come to know that all your bodies, from the physical body to the soul body, are all expressions of your one integrated self, and that they express the living spark that is your divine, or higher self. And when you let the sun, and ultimately the galactic core, energetically inform your own self of your essential cosmic nature, you will be learning from the living teacher that is within you, and that lives all around you — your solar system, your galaxy, and ultimately the universe itself.

This frees you from the idea that this physical universe is separate from the world of spirit, or consciousness. That division was promoted for years by particular branches of science, organized religion, and the mass media, and it served their purpose of dividing and conquering humanity. When you define yourself as being a divided person, in a divided universe, you are easily manipulated. By contrast, when you acknowledge the spiritual activation taking place with the help of the solar flares, and you own your unified living consciousness, you accept that you are one unified being, integrated with one unified universe. This lets you know yourself and your universe with a new level of empowerment, as exemplified by the film, Thrive, which presents the possibilities that life on the planet can be much more empowering and enlivening than many had supposed was possible.

The emerging energy within you is dynamically alive. It is not a static pretty picture, like a Hallmark card of spiritual niceness. It is much more amazing than that, because, being dynamic, it is a thinking, breathing, vibrating reality that is ever creating — it is your multidimensional self. And so, the idea that you would just quietly become enlightened and float away in a cloud of bliss is unrealistic. Your dynamic emerging consciousness doesn’t want to deny the world, although as you become more conscious, your thoughts may seek to move beyond limiting energies and away from unhealthy situations. But this doesn’t mean that you are denying the world — very much the opposite — you are releasing from limited patterns so that you can bring your creative powers to the world in even more effective ways.

This is very much what happened to me when I shifted from doing private sessions. There was a new level of possibilities to shift into, and though my ego had resisted such a shift for years, my higher self reveled in the exciting possibilities of sharing an entire lifetime’s worth of cosmic teachings with a broader audience. The awakenings are not always easy, and for most they present challenges. But understanding what is happening is key to navigating through the challenges as they surface, because the deeper meaning of all these changes is that you are looking for a deeper truth, and it is emerging within you and your life. The spiritual activation you’ve been awaiting for centuries is being brought directly to you, through the catalyzing influence of the solar flares, so that you can experience the shifts within the living landscape of your own body and soul.

From now on, when you hear about solar flares, you will have the understanding to picture it in a new empowering way. You will be able to feel into what the sun, and the solar flares are sharing with your body and soul. The emerging feelings and thoughts will be seen for what they are — shifting energies amidst a transformational process. You may have to confront some heavy old patterns, and you may feel at times that you have lost your way. But the activated energies in your emerging plasma bodies hold the wondrous potential that you have been seeking, if you let yourself learn from them.

What you had wanted from spiritual masters, from experts and authorities, and from the universe itself – those spiritual gifts that you had hoped for — are now emerging within you. Breathe into your awakening vibrations within, and feel the dynamism. This is really happening, and you can choose to benefit from it. You are really being awakened at every level.

Feel into this vibrant truth that is living within the sun, within the galactic core, and within you. Let yourself smile as you look back with understanding at your long history of spiritual studies through the centuries. Feel into the depth of your cosmic consciousness within, and recognize that you, in this moment, are the multidimensional being that you have been waiting for — that splendid divine being who is here to bring your unique gifts into your own life, and into the lives of humanity.
