Muslims communities Rally and Request To Indian government on 27-1-2011

Since the day of Babri Masjid demolition, Tamil Nadu Thowheed Jamaath (TNTJ), a social service Islamic organization from the southern Indian state of Tamil Nadu, has been urging the Centre to rebuild the demolished Babri Masjid at the same place where it was standing and demanding that the Central Government take sincere efforts to expedite the trial of the masjid demolition case and table the Liberhan Commission report without giving anymore extension to it. But, to add salt to the wound, the Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court has given a judgement on September 30th this year, which is a black dot in the history of Indian Judiciary.
The faith of the common man in the country has been shaken to the core by such shocking and outrageous verdict given by the Allahabad High Court. The credibility, credentials, respect and honour of the entire judiciary has been sadly and badly damaged.
Therefore, we have been forced to express displeasure against the Allahabad High Court verdict, which is the need of the hour. The Supreme Court has also virtually opened the Pandora’s box with its caustic comments about corruption and nepotism in Allahabad high court. In a strong indictment of a judges of the Allahabad High Court for passing orders on extraneous considerations, the Supreme Court on ٢٦th November asked, in a different case, the Chief Justice of the High Court to take action against the judges concerned and some other judges facing complaints.
Hence, instead of observing anniversary of the demolition of the mosque on December ٦, Tamil Nadu Thowheed Jamaath - TNTJ has decided to take out a huge rally at Chennai and Madurai High Courts on January 27th 2011 to protest the Allahabad High Court verdict on Babri Masjid dispute. The rally would also mark Muslims appeal to the Supreme Court seeking fair judgment in the case according to Constitutional provisions and the faith reposed by Muslims on the SC.

Air India review meet today to find formula for wage rationalisation

Mumbai: Within a week of conducting a comprehensive review of Air India, civil aviation minister Praful Patel will be in Mumbai again today for yet another review.
According to sources, the minister is likely to take up the issue of working out a new formula to rationalise wages.
Patel is believed to have presented a formula for wage rationalisation in his meeting with heavy industries minister Vilasrao Deshmukh last month, but Deshmukh wanted information from “a back date.”
“Deshmukh wanted details of how the wage rationalisation would be done, what formula would be used for the plan to freeze promotions and arrear payments for three years and how will performance linked bonuses be slashed. The heavy industries ministry wants Air India to work out a formula on back dates also… the minister is expected to discuss this with the AI management,” a source said.
Patel’s other request — of not dragging AI’s case to the Board for Reconstruction of Public Sector Enterprises (BRPSE) — is also being reviewed by Deshmukh’s ministry.
Patel’s emphasis on working out a new wage rationalisation formula for Air India assumes significance since there is also talk of the national carrier setting up an HR committee to prepare a document covering compensation, ranks and work profile for its 30,000 odd employees.

Jackson Doc Conrad Murray May Argue Singer Gave Himself Fatal Dose of Propofol.

Conrad Murray, the physician charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson, is headed back to court, and this time he's expected to argue that the singer was responsible for his own death.

Tuesday's preliminary hearing is expected to be a spectacle. Jackson's eldest son, Prince Michael, may testify as early as Tuesday, Radaronline reported Sunday.

The 13-year-old's testimony, which may reveal what he saw during his father's last days, could be crucial to Murray's defense.

"Dr. Murray has no desire to portray Michael Jackson as anything but a saint, OK? But Dr. Murray's on trial for his life," his attorney, Ed Chernoff, told ABC News. "And the facts have to come out and they have to come out clearly."

Murray, who was treating Jackson for insomnia and was at the singer's bedside when he died in June 2009, is accused of giving Jackson a deadly amount of the anesthesia drug propofol to help him sleep.

But Murray's legal team intends to argue that it was Jackson himself who administered the fatal dose when the doctor was out of the room.

The doctor's legal team was granted a request in August to re-test fluid samples from Jackson to determine the accuracy level of the propofol found in his body.

"I have done all I could do," Murray told reporters last year. "I told the truth. And I have faith the truth will prevail."

Murray pleaded not guilty to manslaughter in February and has been free on $75,000 bail.

The cardiologist has continued to work in Houston and Las Vegas, where he maintains practices. A Los Angeles Superior Court judge ruled last summer that Murray could continue to practice medicine in California, despite a request by state authorities to bar him from practicing.

HOLLYWOOD BLOCKBUSTER 2012, starring John Cusack and Thandie Newton, is the worst ever science fiction film, according to NASA scientists.

The US space agency said that the end-of-the-world flick is the most ‘scientifically flawed of its genre’.

Bruce Willis's ‘Armageddon’, in which an asteroid the size of Texas was broken up by oil workers using drills and a nuclear bomb, was also panned.

Arnold Schwarzenegger's ‘The 6th Day’ was blasted for a plot where the star is cloned complete with his accent in a few hours. ‘Volcano’, starring Tommy Lee Jones and Don Cheadle, laughably showed Los Angeles consumed by a super-eruption.

Rachel Weisz's ‘Chain Reaction’ spiced up its plot about generating energy using nuclear fusion with a far-fetched kidnap.

Donald Yeomans, head of NASA's Near-Earth Asteroid Rendezvous mission - study of threats hurtling through space, singled out 2012 as an ‘exceptional and extraordinary case’.

"The agency is getting so many questions from people terrified that the world is going to end in 2012 that we have had to put up a special website to challenge the myths. We have never had to do this before,” the Sun quoted him as saying in California.

Meanwhile, NASA praised Ridley Scott's ‘Blade Runner’ and ‘Gattaca’ ''starring Ethan Hawke and Uma Thurman as the most realistic.

Tips to know and analyze Women's Body Language.

Unlike women, who are adept at the art of prevarication, most men say what they mean and mean what they say.

Their speech is straightforward and to the point. Women, on the other hand, are generally more complex and subtle, especially when it comes to conversation. That's why being able to interpret women's body language is vitally important.

Believe it or not, women are constantly giving out very obvious signals as to how they're feeling through their body language. The trick is to decode these signals, which is especially useful at the pickup stage when you don't know each other very well.

Check out the physical cues listed below to learn just what her eyes and hips are saying even if her lips are mute.

Flirtatiousness

Women who are trying to get a man's attention are easy to point out, even from across the room; virtually every aspect of their body language changes drastically. For starters, they lean toward the man they are trying to attract and they frequently make eye contact. They laugh more often than usual and smile constantly, regardless of whether or not the guy is funny. They chew on their lips and their faces are more animated.

Flirtatious women also tend to fidget more. For example, they might fiddle with their jewelry, twisting rings and tugging at necklaces. This is due to nervous excitement; because their hearts are beating a little faster than usual, they need some sort of outlet for their tension.

They may also play with their hair or place their hands on themselves in some small but unusual way, which is an unconscious signal that they wish the object of their desire was touching them that way.

How you should react: If the woman in your sights is exhibiting most or all of the classic flirtatious signs listed above, you are right to feel confident about your chances and just sail in. Basically, her actions have just given you the green light.

Lust

Lust body signals are the same as flirtation signals, but they're ramped up a couple of notches. Just imagine Beyonce in any music video and you'll get the idea. Eye contact is increased and prolonged, and dilated pupils indicate arousal.

Striking sassy poses -- with hips and chest out -- is a dead giveaway. Naturally, this overt behavior usually occurs in a private or sexually charged situation -- like at a club.

Also, notice if she is breathing more heavily, which is indicative of desire. For example, does she breathe deeply when you're only inches away from each other at the theater, occasionally brushing each other? She may also try to touch you under any pretext.

How you should react: She's ready, so respond in kind. Ease yourself into more intimacy by reciprocating her actions, increasing eye contact and making excuses to touch her -- at first casually, and then with more intensity if she doesn't pull away.

Disinterest

Physical signs revealing a lack of interest are pretty much the exact opposite of signs of flirtatiousness. For example, if your date keeps looking away while you speak to her and rarely smiles, she's probably not interested.

Other signs of disinterest may include leaning away from you or crossing her arms. Obviously, by crossing her arms in front of herself, she is strongly indicating that she is physically and mentally closed to your gestures.

How you should react: There's really little point in pursuing this cold fish. It wouldn't hurt to give a couple of tries at flirtation to see if she can be thawed. However, 9 times out of 10, she's just not feeling it, so don't bother putting too much effort into this one before throwing in the towel.

Feeling conflicted

If women are unsure of your intentions or their feelings toward you, they give off signs that they are feeling conflicted and indecisive. To match their inconsistent feelings, their bodies give off inconsistent signals -- combinations of the flirtatious signals and the disinterested ones discussed above.

For example, they might stare at you, and then abruptly turn around and look away. Maybe they'll lean in toward you, but when you move in slightly to match their actions, they'll act as if they've suddenly changed their mind and shyly ease back in their seat. This means that they aren't yet sure what they think of you.

How you should react: In these situations, don't force the matter. Move slowly, being consistently friendly, but don't be too flirtatious or overtly sexual. Give her time to warm up to you.

Anger

Most people can recognize anger when they see it, but there are types of rage that are less obvious than a screaming fit. There is also the icy-cold burn, which is revealed through a narrowing of the eyes and a tightly closed mouth. This can be accompanied by a head tilt and tightly clenched or closed fists. She may also cross her arms as in the disinterested pose, but when she's angry, it's more pronounced. If her hands are placed on her hips, it's a very, very bad sign.

Unlike the types of body language listed above, this type of behavior usually occurs during the dating stage, not the pickup -- you couldn't possibly have pissed her off already, right? However, you may get a taste of it in the early stages as well. At this point, realize that it's not about you; it's about someone or something else that has happened to her.

How you should react: An already miffed woman tends to be disinterested and unresponsive. She's not a prime candidate for the hookup if her thoughts are still on the traffic ticket she just picked up five minutes ago. Wait for time or other people to gradually defuse her rage, and then consider going in for the kill.

Interpreting mixed signals

Remember that women often give out mixed signals. For example, some women use sarcasm and put-downs to flirt with men even when they're interested in them. If a woman is insulting you with her words, but she's displaying all the physical signs of flirtation, she's probably into you.

Remember: Body language speaks louder than words. Watch her moves carefully and act accordingly.

Gambhir fetches record price; Ganguly, Lara unsold

Opener Gautam Gambhir on Saturday became the costliest cricketer in the IPL by fetching a whopping $2.4 million (approx Rs 11.04 crore) on the first day of the auctions where Indian players proved to be the biggest draw with three others going for more than $two million. In a high-profile auction,

where Bollywood stars and corporate bigwigs were locked in a bidding war, Kolkata Knight Riders bought Gambhir for the mind-boggling sum, beating the previous high set by the English duo of Kevin Pietersen and Andrew Flintoff ($1.55 million) last season.
Shah Rukh Khan was not present in person but his Kolkata Knight Riders, which had been reduced to an also-ran in the last two seasons, proved to be the big spender of the day by also buying hard-hitting all-rounders Yusuf Pathan (Rs 9.66 crore) and Jacques Kallis (Rs 5.06 crore) for the fourth edition of event to be held from April 8 to May 20.
Gambhir, who was captain of the Delhi Daredevils last season, saw his price skyrocket 12 times from his base price of $200,000 (Rs 92 lakh) while three other Indian players -- Yusuf ($2.1 million), Rohit Sharma ($2 million) and Robin Uthappa ($2.1 million) crossed the two million mark.
Yusuf's younger brother Irfan, who has not played any cricket this season, was taken by Delhi Daredevils for a surprisingly high amount of $1.9 million (Rs 8.74 crore).
But there were some surprise names in the unsold list with former India and KKR captain Sourav Ganguly, West Indies batting star Chris Gayle and the legendary Brian Lara failing to find a buyer.
There is still a slim chance of these players finding a team after their names come up again in the second round of bidding.
The bidding trend at the auction at times appeared to defy logic but what was certain was that the franchises were willing to spend big money on the Indian players. Mahela Jayawardene was the most expensive foreign player going to Kochi at $1.5 million (Rs 6.90 crore).
Cricket aside, Bollywood stars Preity Zinta and Shilpa Shetty provided the glamour quotient while liquor baron Vijay Mallya, his son Siddharth, Nita Ambani and Nusli Wadia added the corporate aura at the auction.
Cricketing brains such as Anil Kumble, Stephen Fleming, Geoff Lawson and Darren Lehmann, who have been roped in either as coaches or mentors by the franchises, helped them work out the bidding strategies.
As expected, big money was spent but the way it was spent on some players was baffling. Robin Uthappa, who has been out of national reckoning for quite some time, was bought for an astounding $2.1 million (Rs 9.66 crore) by Sahara Pune Warriors who opened their account by buying Yuvraj Singh for $1.8 million (Rs 8.28 crore approx).
Pune got Yuvraj, the icon player of Kings XI Punjab till last season, after beating Team Kochi and the batsman's former team in the bid.
Even Rohit Sharma's price of $2 million (Rs 9.2 crore), which Mumbai Indians paid, came as a surprise in an auction where proven T20 specialists such as Jesse Ryder, Herschelle Gibbs, Mark Boucher and Graeme Swann went unsold.
There was intense bidding for Gambhir, who was the first player under the hammer, from Pune and Mumbai before KKR joined the fray after it crossed the million dollar mark.
Kings XI Punjab also lost the bid of Sri Lankan Mahela Jayawardene who was bought by Kochi for USD 1.5 million.
The Royal Challengers Bangalore bought Zaheer Khan for $900,000 and dashing Lankan opener Tillakaratne Dilshan for $650,000.
However, the Vijay Mallya-owned franchise had a prize catch in talented South African AB de Villiers, buying him for $1.1 million (Rs 5.06 crore). They also got New Zealand captain Daniel Vettori for only $550,000.
The Rajasthan Royals bought New Zealand batsman Ross Taylor for $1 million (Rs 4.6 crore). But what turned out to be a surprise was South African off-spinner Johan Botha being bought after a lot of bidding for $950,000.
However, Kevin Pietersen, who was one of the most sought after players in the second and third edition, was bought by Deccan Chargers for $650,000 much less than his million dollar price in the earlier years.
Andrew Symonds, who was one of the costliest players during season one, was bought for $850,000 by Mumbai Indians.
After the first two rounds, Team Kochi had bought the maximum five players (Mahela Jayawardene, Brendon McCullum, VVS Laxman, S Sreesanth and Rudra Pratap Singh).
Kochi were quite lucky to buy McCullum for as low a price as $475,000 considering his reputation as a T20 dasher.
Sahara Pune Warriors were also a gainer as they got South African captain Graeme Smith for $500,000 only.
Kings XI Punjab who lost all their key players including the Lankan duo of Kumar Sangakkara (bought by Deccan Chargers for $650,000) and Jayawardene ($1.5 million for Kochi) and Yuvraj to Pune finally had something to cheer when they successfully bid for former Australian wicketkeeper Adam Gilchrist for $900,000.
After the lunch break, there were some more surprises with the young Saurabh Tiwary bought by Royal Challengers Bangalore for $1.6 million (Rs 7.36 crore). Punjab also spent $1.4 million (approx Rs 6.34 crore) on Australian David Hussey.
South African speedster Dale Steyn, who made life difficult for Indian batsmen during the recent drawn Test series, was bought by Deccan Chargers for $1.2 million (Rs 5.5 crore).
Australia's injury-plagued speedster Brett Lee went for his base price of $400,000 to Kolkata after failing to invite a bid for quite a while in the auction.
South Africans were hot picks at the auction with Steyn's pace partner Morne Morkel going to Delhi at $475,000.
The run-up to the auction was marred by legal wrangling between the BCCI and two franchise -- Rajasthan Royals and Kings XI Punjab -- both of whom were initially booted out of the event over ownership issues before coming back through court orders.

At last Chidambaram stated that first 3 points are ruled out as they are far from possibility.

They will not agree for point-4 as that becomes a suicide for Congress in coming elections. They neither get votes in Union Territory area or Andhra or remote Telangana districts. So that is also ruled out.

1. Maintain status quo: Not advisable and some intervention is required. It is the least option.

2. Bifurcation of state into Seemandhra and Telangana with Hyderabad as union territory and two states developing their own capitals in due course: This option is also not practicable

3. Bifurcation of state into Rayala Telangana and Coastal Andhra with Hyderabad as capital of Rayala Telangana: It is not workable as there are no takers in any of the three regions

4. Bifurcation into Telangana and Seemandhra with an enlarged Hyderabad metropolis with Nalgonda, Mahbubnagar and Ranga Reddy as part of it to form a separate union territory. The geographical links and continuity for enlarged Hyderabad to have links with coastal Andhra: Though there are certain positive aspects in this proposal, it is difficult to get consensus on it. Moreover, Telangana without Hyderabad might witness Maoist activity.

5. Bifurcation of Seemandhra and Telangana as per existing boundary with Hyderabad becoming the capital of Telangana. Seemandhra to have its own separate capital: Consideration has to be given to this demand, which is not unjustified. But, it will lead to similar demands elsewhere in the country and a careful decision has to be taken. Not the most preferred decision, but the second best option.

6. Keeping the state united providing certain constitutional measures for socio-economic and political development and formation of Telanagana Regional Council: The best option available though there might be immediate opposition to it from different groups. However, it might satisfy people of all regions.

ISRO was set to launch India's heaviest communication satellite into orbit today. The mission was to be the first GSLV mission after the failure of the flight test of the indigenous cryogenic stage in the GSLV-D3 mission in April this year.
The launch of the satellite, which was originally scheduled for December 20, had been postponed after a leak in the Russian cryogenic engine on board the launch vehicle.GSAT-5P with 24 C-band transponders and 12 extended C-band transponders is meant for augmenting communication services currently provided by Indian National Satellite System (INSAT). It is meant to boost TV, telemedicine and tele-education, and telephone services.

SRIHARIKOTA: Launch of India's latest communication satellite GSAT-5P onboard homegrown GSLV-F06, powered by Russian cryogenic engine, failed today when the rocket developed a snag soon after lift-off from the spaceport here.

The rocket blasted-off at around 4 pm from the second launch pad at the Satish Dhawan Space Centre at the end of the 29-hour countdown but was hit by a snag in the first stage itself, ISRO sources said.

"The incident occurred in the first stage itself", the sources said, adding, details would be disclosed later.

This is the second failure this year for ISRO after the previous GSLV mission with the country's maiden cryogenic engine hit a snag and the rocket plunged into the Bay of Bengal on April 15 this year.

The GSAT-5P satellite weighing 2,130 kg costed ISRO around Rs 125 crore.

Had it been successful, the satellite would have served the needs of the telecommunication sector and the weather department. It would have eventually replaced the INSAT-2E satellite that was sent up in 1999.

The GSLV rocket has three stages. The first stage is fired by solid fuel. The four strap on motors give additional thrust during the lift-off and the initial phase of the rocket's flight.

The second stage is fired by liquid fuel. The third stage, which is more complex than the others, involves the cryogenic engine powered by liquid hydrogen as fuel and liquid oxygen as oxidiser.
The GSLV rocket was 51 metres tall and weighed 418 tonnes.
ISRO has the following communication satellites in service - INSAT 2E, INSAT 3A, INSAT 3B, INSAT 3C, INSAT 3E, INSAT 4A, INSAT 4CR and INSAT 4B working at 50 percent capability.
ISRO launched two major satellites in 2010 - communication satellite GSAT-4 and remote sensing satellite Cartosat-2.
The GSAT-4 launch failed after the rocket crashed into the Bay of Bengal while Cartosat-2 was placed successfully in the orbit.

Action hero Vishal who is shooting for Bala's Avan Ivan in Theni got injured during the shoot of the climax of the film.

The actor has been continuously shooting for the film along with Arya, when the incident happened.
During a particular scene in the all important climax of the film Vishal's shoulder got injured.

Later it turned out to be a minor sprain on the shoulder. Bala asked him not to take any unnecessary risk with a sprained shoulder, so Vishal has now come to Chennai.
Vishal has been admitted to a hospital in Adyar in Chennai, and is being treated for the sprain on the shoulder.

He will be taking rest for the next couple of days, and will be back in action as soon as possible.

9 Year Old Boy in Hotel

I took this video at Sri Krishna Hotel in Nathamuni near Villivakam in Chennai. The Little boy at the age of only 9 who have to took pencil in his hands were working in hotel. He used to clean table's, plates and serving food. Daily 100's of people coming and going no one questioned about this boy. Because of fear, why i've to fear am Citizen of India so i questioned to the owner about this boy. The reply is " His Parents were responsible". I don't know whether India is going in development Path or something else. It is happened in City of Chennai.

I could not digest this.

Is it age to work?

Who is Responsible for this?

Why this Small boy have to work ?

Is there parents Responsible or our country makes him like this?
