I’m Danielle Erickson — a systems thinker, leadership fixer, and no-fluff consultant who helps businesses get back on track. For over 15 years, I’ve been stepping into broken, overwhelmed, or understaffed organizations and turning chaos into clarity. From managing multi-million-dollar operations to leading major restructuring projects, I’ve built a career out of solving the problems most people avoid — unclear roles, fractured communication, and systems that just don’t work. After burning out in a leadership role that demanded 16-hour days and left me running on empty, I realized something had to change — for me, and for others like me. I now run this business to help leaders reclaim their time, clarify their vision, and finally feel in control again. Because your people — and your sanity — matter.
