Want to Train at EFS? Make a Plan or Suffer the Consequences by Rachel Cassano

If you havent already, youve probably always wondered what it would be like to train at the EFS gym.

Most of you are either powerlifters, bodybuilders, gym rats, dedicated lifters or beginners. I am not a powerlifter, nor have I been training for a long time. I am an average commercial gym user. I usually never miss a workout, I try to improve, I know the difference between a squat and a deadlift, and I am one of the few females you will see at a commercial gym using a barbell and the squat rack.

A few of my friends you know who you are! - think Dave Tate and Jim Wendler are gods or mythical creatures. I assumed more of you would like an outsiders view of the EFS gym and what its like to train with one of these "gods, so here ya go!
