On the beginning of each MegaJackpot, we add $500 to the total of prizes so that there's always a prize.

Each time a user buys tickets, a percentage of that amount will go into the pot adding to the prizes amount.

Total amount of prizes will be distributed for all 5 winners being the 1st place winner the one who wins the most and the 5th place winner the one that wins the least.

Very simple.
First you choose what kind of jackpot you want to play.
We have two groups of Jackpots:

Rental balance: The winners get money added to their rental balance.
Referrals: The winners earn referrals paid for one month.

On each of these two groups, you have a regular jackpot (higher prizes but higher ticket value) and a mini jackpot (smaller prizes and smaller ticket value).

Afterwards, you need to unlock the board (it's locked by default). Just click on "Unlock" at the top of the board.

Then, if you have enough funds in your main or jackpot balance, just pick a number (or a set of numbers) from the board.
You can only pick numbers in green squares. As soon as you purchase them, they'll turn orange and this way you'll know which ones are yours.
The numbers in the gray squares are tickets purchased by other players.

If you don't have enough funds in your main balance, you can always fund your jackpot balance with AlertPay.

When the last ticket is bought for each jackpot, the 5 winning numbers are automatically and randomly chosen and the users who bought those tickets will get their prizes credited.

As soon as the last ticket is bought, the draw is automatically made.
5 winning numbers for that specific jackpot are randomly chosen and the respective users credited.

You'll be able to see the last 5 jackpot draws for each type on the bottom of the jackpot page.

If you're one of the winners, you'll see your username highlighted in the winners list and you'll get an entry in your history log (beside the prize, obviously).

There are a few steps that must be made before an advertisement is actually displayed:

Submit the advertisement for review. If accepted, the process continues. Otherwise you'll have to add a new one or edit the current one.
Distribute the clicks you bought to that advertisement
Click the gray "Play" icon to begin the display.

First, don't forget that the clicks will only be available in your account 24 hours after we get the purchase's confirmation.

You can go to your advertisement's settings page where you should be able to see how many hours (approximately) remain until the clicks are credited.

If you don't see that time and you still don't have the clicks credited, most likely your purchase wasn't confirmed. In this case, please check the purchase's FAQ for more information.

You can only be credited by the same advertisement once each 24 hours.
Imagine your click reset time (shown at your own local time) as your midnight.

This means that after that time, another period of 24 hours will count so that you can be credited by viewing the advertisements.

This reset time is set randomly for each user upon registration and cannot be modified under any circumstances.

We have a rule that helps all users with referrals to be active, including yourself.
As you like to see your referrals active, so your referrer does.

According to point 3.7 of our Terms of Service, the clicks you win from referrals are directly related to the clicks you make.
If you click at least 4 advertisements being a Standard / Pioneer member or you click at least 9 advertisements being a Golden member, you'll receive all clicks made from your referrals.
If you click below that, the maximum you will receive is only the amount of clicks you've made multiplied by the number of referrals you have.
The referral clicks will be calculated based on the clicks you made on the previous day.
These calculations are based on the server time which can be seen in the "View Advertisements" page.

This basically means that you need to click by the server's time everyday and not by your own time (unless you live in the same time zone).

We only allow advertisements to be credited using the same IP address in 24 hours.

Dynamic IP address are delivered randomly based on a geographical location.
This means that the IP you have today may have been someone else's IP yesterday or a few hours ago.

Some other probable causes may be:

Some ISPs (Internet Service Providers) give the same IP address to more than one user usually by using a proxy.
You're using a shared network environment (such as a school, an office, a cybercafe or even a building's network) where all computers share the same internet IP address.
You have an unsecured wireless network and someone near you may be using your internet access without your consent.

An advertiser chooses between two kinds of exposure: Standard or extended.

A standard exposure lasts for 30 seconds and an extended exposure lasts for 60 seconds.

This time is calculated from when the progress bar starts until it ends and the click gets credited to the user's account.

An extended view advertisement is worth more than a standard view one.

Some advertisements are displayed worldwide while some are filtered demographically.

A demographic filter is a tool for an advertiser to choose which countries are allowed to view the exposed advertisement. This is a facultative tool.

So, you'll see all worldwide advertisements (unfiltered) and the advertisements for your country (demographically filtered).

We guarantee a minimum of 4 advertisements to standard members and a minimum of 9 advertisements for Golden members.
Golden members with a golden pack can reach a minimum of 15 advertisements.

Whether you've cashed out to AlertPay or PayPal, these causes are similar between both:

Accept the payment: Sometime users have to accept payments before they actually get them credited to their accounts.
Just follow the instructions on the email you received from your payment processor or the instructions in your account's movements.
Verify the email address: Even though you have to confirm your email address when cashing out, there are times that an "whatever" button would work better than a "yes" one. If you have cashed out to the wrong email address, we have two options. First, if that email address is really yours, you can add it to your payment processor's main account and you'll receive the associated payment. The second option is for you to contact us using a support ticket so that we can try to cancel the transfer but it's not always possible.
Contact us: If none of the above works, please contact us. Problems may occur during the transfer and we'll try our best to make it right.

Users have a limit on PayPal purchases. This limit is variable and is composed by value and quantity of purchases in a 24 hours period.

If you don't see a PayPal button anymore (pay attention that click packs and jackpot tickets don't have a PayPal option), you'll be able to see it again in a maximum of 24 hours after your last purchase.

Please read the following causes and you'll likely to find one that suits your situation:

USING ALERTPAY

Probably you've paid using an AlertPay email address different from the one you have configured here at NeoBux. In this case, all you need to do is send a support ticket with the purchase's reference number (xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx) and we'll process it as soon as we take a look at your ticket.
Please pay attention that if the purchase was made using an AlertPay email address from another NeoBux user, it will be this user that will be credited and no transfer to your account will be made.

USING PAYPAL

Probably you've paid using an unverified PayPal account. We only accept payments made from verified PayPal accounts. In this case, a refund is automatically issued and PayPal takes care of crediting you back. Depending on the method of payment you've used, they can either credit you instantly or it can take a few days.

GENERAL

If you've bought advertisement clicks, be aware that they'll only be credited to your account 24 hours after the purchase has been processed. You can track the approximate remaining time in your account's advertisement settings page.

These are the most common cases.
Sometimes it may happen that we don't receive payment confirmations from the payment processors or they can delay their delivery.
Either way, you can always contact us using a support and we'll take a look into it.

First of all, you can only have direct referrals after you meet these conditions:

Been a member for at least 30 days
Have made at least 100 clicks

After these conditions are met, the direct referral you can have will be based first on the following limit:

Standard: 30
Pioneer: 60
Golden: 200
Golden+Pioneer: 250
Golden/Emerald: 300
Golden/Sapphire: 300
Golden/Platinum: 400
Golden/Diamond: 400
Golden/Ultimate: 800

Depending on how many days you've been registered, all those days, minus the first 30, will count towards a limit increase.
This means that the older member you are, the more referrals you may have.
The amount will be based on your current membership/pack and the days you're registered (minus 30). This amount will vary and is explained below:

Standard/Pioneer = Days-30 divided by 4
Golden (without a pack) = Days-30 divided by 2
Golden (with a pack) = Days-30

For example, if you have been registered for 330 days (which minus 30 gives 300 days):

Standard= 30 + (300/4) = 105
Golden = 200 + (300/2) = 350
Golden (Ultimate) = 800 + 300 = 1100

If a user registers with your username he/she won't be your referral if you haven't met the 30 days/100 clicks condition or have reached the limit of allowed direct referrals.
You can always remove all direct referrals you don't want to make room for new ones.

To get your referral link, follow these steps:

Go to your account by clicking your username.
Click on "Banners" on the left menu.
Right click the link you need and copy it.

You can also switch between the available banners by clicking the green arrows to the left and right of the banner.

This may happen for various reasons.

The typical reason is when you don't follow the rules defined in point 3.7 of our terms of service.
Sometimes you click daily but you forget that it has to be daily at the server's time (as defined).
Being so, you won't get credited by your referral's clicks tomorrow if you don't click today.
You can always check in your chart of clicks made at server's time to see if you did or didn't clicked the day before.

Other reasons may be invalid clicks.
Whenever a referral (or you) makes one invalid click (using autoclickers, not having scripts enabled, etc), that click won't be credited back to you.
