Case Study: The author of Advanced Windows Debugging and founder of consulting firm High Tech Avenue has built a strong reputation on the quality of its computer programming books in debugging. High Tech Avenue approached Easyweblaunch to create a promotional, innovative, new online debugging book experience that was consistent with High Tech Avenue positioning of the brand. The new book, Advanced CLR Debugging, published by Addison-Wesley is to be released this fall. Project in progress. First design draft released and approved on April 20 below:

Case Study: Getrentquick.com, an electronic rent payment solutions provider approached Easyweblaunch 1 year ago when the company wanted to develop a user friendly website for its demographic: small to midsize property managers, hoa's, owners. In March of this year, the company wanted to proceed with their expansion of their business and develop an online community enabling getrentquick customers to manage all their property needs online.

The scope of the project includes back-end development of:

- Live property, unit, tenant management system

- Electronic rent transactions reporting system with download capabilities

- Electronic, live rent payments

- Live tenant/landlord electronic maintenance portal

- Each landlord has own advertisement portal where he/she is able to manage available rental ads

It is important for the client to leverage its already positioned brand and integrate it into its new community.

Women in Small Biz asks Easyweblaunch to re-design, develop and implement its online/offline product lines

Case Study: Women in Small Biz, Seattle’s leading Womens’ Empowerment Organization, wanted to transition its existing informative website to a revenue driven website. The organization has a broad, established network and the challenge was to bring new ideas, life and infuse an entire new line of revenue generating opportunities into the website. By re-organizing the site's vast content into a clear architecture, Women in Small Biz hoped to generate new business while reinforcing brand identity. The website is still in progress.

The organization also asked Easyweblaunch to develop a back-end that would include content management of the website as well as a custom database enabling the organization to handle all of its subscriber activities.

Women in Small Biz also asked Easyweblaunch to develop an event specific website, Women's Empowerment Summit 2009, an event part of the Women in Small Biz family. Project scope was immense and included:

Development & Implementation of Women in Small Biz event specific website, http://womensempowermentsummit.com/ and Women's Empowerment Summit email campaign http://www.womensempowermentsummit.com/newsletter. It was important to leverage parts of Women in Small Biz brand identity, integrate content elements that would reflect many of the characteristics of Women in Small Biz through womensempowermentsummit.com. The challenge was to develop a website with its own brand, yet recognizable to the audience as ‘part of’ Women in Small Biz family.

Case Study: Seattle's Eastside Mexican Restaurant Tapatio came to Easyweblaunch with a website which wasn't working properly. It had problematic architecture, was hard to navigate, and not appearing on search engines. Easyweblaunch created a new website for Tapatio which manages to create a fantastic first impression as well as being easy to use and informative. The new website is performing steadily better and better on search engines, and the Tapatio are now taking many inquiries over the web every day. They receive regular praise for their smart, informative website.
