A dedicated page for the forthcoming Super Death Explosion Kittens EP has been created. At the moment it contains some basic details about the release, as well as progress reports on the various songs. It will be updated as we get closer to release and yes, the header image is temporary until actual artwork has been created.

Third Demo Track

The third SDEK demo track has been released and can be played below. There are vocals in one section used as a textural effect, though the main vocals have yet to be recorded. The track also features a new, improved and bassier production compared to previous demos.

City Lights

A new high contrast skin has been created for Renoise, containing bright, vivid colours for the main interface, with more muted shades for the various pattern editor effects. There are two downloads, one for 2.0+ and another for older Renoise versions. The other themes have also been upgraded for 2.0+. You can grab them all at the Renoise Skins page.

Twin This Highlight

A new Achenar NIN remix has been completed, this time of the song, In This Twilight. As usual, the remix is totally different from the original, but almost all of the sounds used come from the original samples provided by Trent Reznor. There are, however, some additional piano and brass elements.

The track can be downloaded as an mp3, as well as streamed below and on the NIN Remixes page.

Second Demo Song

The second SDEK demo track has been released and can be played below. It is the fastest and most complex Achenar song to date. Like the previous demo, it is instrumental, as vocals have yet to be recorded for it.
