Lots of clearance items at CVS right now!

Tons of items in the haircare aisle are 50 - 75% off

I found:

Pantene Beautiful Lengths or Pantene for fine hair 25.4 ounce $1.57 each
Bought 4 and used two $3/2 from 11/27 P&G to net to only $.28 for all 4!

Head and Shoulders - Ocean Lift or Extra Volume varieties $1.57
Bought 3, used a $1/2 from 12/11 RP, received $6 in ECBs for $2.29 overage!

Rimmel Nail Polish - some are 75% off and ringing up for only $1.15!
Used $1 from 10/16 RP to net to only 15 cents!

Fruitopia Hairspray - on clearance for only $2.09
Had a $1.50 CVS coupon from a coupon flyer I found by the perfume area which rang up for $2 so I netted to only 9 cents!

Lots of cosmetic tools on clearance for 50 - 75% off. I found an eye lash curler with tweezers 50% off for $4.19

Christmas clearance is 50% right now and probably will go to 75 or even 90% off very soon! I found a small package of shatterproof ornaments for the little tree we put in the boys' room for only $1.49!

Lots of cover girl, maybelline, revlon, sally hansen, etc. cosmetic items were 50 - 75% off all over the store too!

Clothing Deals!

Found some clearance items in the kid's section.......long sleeve tshirt for only $2.98..............18 month pajamas for only $3.50.

Check out the clearance womens sleepwear section for bargains! I found a sleep shirt on clearance for only $3.24 and I used the $3 coupon HERE to net to only $.24!

Lots of Liz Lange tshirts for as low as $4.98 so only $1.98 with the $3 coupon HERE (even if you aren't pregnant these are great sleep tshirts!)

There are some sweaters on sale for only $8.99 so just $4.99 when you use the $4 coupon HERE!

Overall I netted to only $30 for everything pictured after coupons and gift cards!

FYI - Coupon Barcode Changes

You might have noticed that some of the coupons are changing to one barcode instead of the usual 2. This new barcode system may cause you some issue in the interim while the store cash registers catch up. Walmart seems to be having the most issues that I've heard with these new type of coupons. Lots of people are having issues with getting these coupons to scan at the checkout even though they are completely valid coupons and they are buying the correct product. I just wanted to make you aware of it in case you have any issues in using these coupons with the new barcode system. Read HERE for more info about it!

CVS deals have been slow coming in recent weeks, but I found a few things to roll some of my ECBs on this week.

First, there is an Aveeno deal where if you buy 2 participating products you'll get $7 ECBs back! This is currently working on the trial sized lotions so you buy 2 of them at $1.49 each and get $7 back for a $4 moneymaker no coupons required! Great to have in your purse anyways now that the colder weather is coming!

Other deals:

Schick razors are on sale again! Buy one at $8.99 and get $4 back in ECBs. I used a $5 coupon I printed from Coupons.com a while ago (no longer available) to get it for free!

Bausch + Lomb Eye Drops are on sale for $8.99 and get $4 back in ECBs. Used a $4 coupon from the October All You magazine to net to only $.99 which is a great deal for these very expensive eye drops! The $4 coupon was also in the 10/9 SS!

Crest Complete toothpaste is on sale for $2.99 and you get $1 back in ECBs. Used the $2/1 from 9/11 SS to get it for free!

This week coupons for free illy coffee drinks are printing out at the magic coupon machine! These are on sale for $2, but it will scan for the full $2.49 value on the coupon to give you $.49 overage with no beeps! Make sure to have something else in your order to absorb this free overage!

Overall tax was a killer on these items, but I still ended up getting everything for free and am ahead almost $2 because of the Aveeno deal!

Found this Conair hairdryer on clearance 75% off for just over $10 at CVS today! It's the Infiniti by Conair Tourmaline Ceramic Styler model 207TX (look on the bottom of the box)

I tried it for the first time today and this is definitely the nicest and the most quiet hair dryer I've ever used!

Note: Starting Sunday Oct 16th you can get $5 ECB back when you buy a Conair hair appliance. Supposedly this deal won't print for clearance items, but it was printing when the Conair flat irons went on clearance a while back.

It's being reported that in Sunday's paper the Walmart ad starting Oct. 2nd will have the Scrubbing Bubbles One Step sets for only $3.97!
