To make this wonderfully glittery ornament, I stamped the center image from the Delightful Decorations stamp set with Teal Craft ink and allowed it to dry. 

Next, I cut a piece of Sticky Page with the Movers and Shakers die and applied it over the stamped image aligning it with the cut out on the card. 

After removing the red protective layer, I poured Dazzling Diamonds on top and shook off the excess to create the sparkle.

Isn’t it great the way the pattern on the Razzleberry Lemonade designer series paper repeats the image in the Razzle Dazzle stamp set? It’s so easy to create cards when Stampin’ Up! does most of the work for us. 

I choose to use two of the three colours in the paper to create my card – Rich Razzleberry and Crushed Curry. The other colour seen in the paper is Melon Mambo.   See the colour swatches below for a sampling of all the papers in this package.

For this card, I cut a piece of the Razzleberry Lemonade to 4" high and cut it in half so the top and bottom panels were equal in size.  I glued the designer series paper pieces to the Crushed Curry cardstock and adhered a piece of Rich Razzleberry ribbon in the middle. Then, I layered this piece onto a Rich Razzleberry card. 

I stamped the Razzle Dazzle stamp set  image – $24.95, #116714, page 94 - in Crushed Curry ink, just like the paper.  The image was layered onto a piece of Crushed Curry cardstock 1/4" larger on each side. I stamped the greeting from the set in Rich Razzleberry ink and punched with the Word Window punch. This was layered onto a Modern Label punched piece in Rich Razzleberry.

Both stamped pieces were adhered with dimensionals. This is a little different look for a card but I think it works here and would work with alot of other sets as well.

A Simple Saturday Christmas Card. 

This card features one of the ornaments from the Tree Trimmngs stamp set – $19.95, #116722, page 28. 

Isn’t this card elegant? I stamped the ornament in Real Red ink and cut it out. The card is made with a Real Red cardstock base and Whisper White and Bride specialty papers. Wide Real Red grosgrain ribbon is adhered around the meeting point of the two white papers.

The ornament was applied with dimensionals over a length of gold cord. The "noel" greeting  is part of the stamp set, Many Merry Messages – $45.95, #116586, page 33.  A bow tied with the gold cord finishes the card.

This card may look a little familiar to you if you read my blog regularly. I used a card idea I have shared here previously and turned the card ninety degrees. By adding one more layer of cardstock, it is a new design. So easy!  

To make this card, I stamped the ornament onto Whisper White cardstock with Real Red ink and punched it out. Then I layered it onto Sahara Sand, Real Red and Soft Suede cardstocks with dimensionals. Do you have dimensionals in your stamping stash? If not, why not? Stampin’ dimensionals make a good card better!

Sleigh Bells ribbon was wrapped around a patterned paper from the Christmas Cocoa designer series paper and glued onto the Real Red card over another Christmas Cocoa design. How quick is that?

This card took a bit more time but I like the result! I used the Greenhouse Garden stamp set - $34.95, #113824, Page 94 - a set I don’t reach for often enough. And it is a great deal! With 10 stamps in the set, you are only paying $3.50 a stamp.   

I stamped onto the Brushed Silver cardstock with Pixie Pink and Pink Passion craft pads and used the Heat Tool to speed along the drying time. Once the inks were dry, I stamped the second set of images with Whisper White craft ink and heat embossed with white powder. 

Since I wanted the card to be shine, I used direct to paper, applying the VersaMark pad onto the silver cardstock covering the entire surface.  Clear embossing powder went on top of the VersaMark ink and was heat embossed after shaking off the excess. I applied a second coat to even it out. 

Finally, I layered the silver piece onto Whisper White and Pixie Pink cardstocks. A greeting band was made using "thanks" from the Thankful Thinking stamp set with silver embossing powder.

I love this new stamp set from the Idea Book & Catalogue named Scenic Season, $32.95, #115354, Page 35. I love the way it fills the card front and needs just a little embellishing.

Here I stamped the large image - the greeting is included - with VersaMark and heat embossed with silver embossing powder.  I added Whisper White Organza ribbon to two opposite corners and covered the Organza center with Rose Red grosgrain. Only the top ribbon corner has a knot.

To finish, I added a row of Fire Circle Rhinestone brads to fill in the bottom.

I am not a colour traditionalist when it comes to making Christmas Card – no bright red and green for me. But I do love pinks and blues and think this is a card my friends woud be happy to receive this year.
