I pressed the home button mistaking it with the power button and it started opening media direct, but suddenly blue screen appeared and when I tried to turn on laptop again it just kept appearing! It won’t even start with the safe mode. I’m not good with computers AT ALL, please help me!! Thanks

That did it – locating at blank page, THEN picking page setup/Layout/Continuous – got rid of blank page.

Thank you for publishing “Fix – Move a Print Job from offline printer to online Printer when in Spooler”. I was able to follow the steps on a Vista sp1 desktop to print the stuck output. We sometimes get a copy of HP 4L; wife prints something from the web, closes web and the file does not and she leaves me a note, the printer does not work.
