Continued from THIS...

So the guy ended up putting a stop on the check. It didn't bounce. He stopped the check because we had cashed it earlier than he wanted. Even though he had dated it for the 9th. If he had just told us what he was doing we could have put the money back into my account and none of this would have happened. He said he won't pay the fees which are now over $300.

So he said he would have the money in my account on Tuesday. He didn't put it in until Thursday night.

So do you think we should take him to small claims court? On principle. $300 doesn't seem like much but it sure would give me the satisfaction to win that money and say "YOU WERE WRONG FUCKHEAD!"

I always cash my boyfriends checks. He doesn't have a bank account here. So he signs them over and I cash them. That way he doesn't have to pay the $5 bank fee. So this past job he did the guy paid him with 2 separate checks. They were dated for 2 different dates. So I cashed them on the dates I was suppose to.

I look at my account this morning and I am -$580. Why? Because the check for $2003 was charged back. You know what that means? The money went back to the guys account. He didn't have the funds to cover the check so they sent him the money back. Instead of letting us keep the money and charging the guy bank fees. They took the money from my account.

So I cash, not deposit, a check for $2,003. The money is not in my account. The bank takes the money from my account anyway to give back to this guy. Now I'm at a negative -$580. How great is that system!!!!

Now I have to wait however long for this guy to wire us the money back. Who knows how long that will take. I hope he pays the fees too. That's another $200.

I've learned my lesson

Chronic Pain

Not many of you know this, but I have chronic pain. I've had it for 18 years now. I've been to many doctors and none of them can really help me. They can only help me manage the pain so I can live my life. I don't think it will ever be cured. I've tried almost everything there is to help it.

Imagine waking up everyday in pain. Then having to go through your day as if you're not. Raise your children. Work your full time job. Take care of your house. Just living you life. But always being in pain with every move. You learn to cope. You learn to mask it so others don't see. You don't want their pity. You want to seem normal. Most people when they find out are shocked because they would have never known otherwise.

Masking yourself to the world. Deep down all you feel is pain.

Last friday I went to my very first hockey game. Now, I am not a sports person at all. I have been to baseball, soccer, basketball games before. I never really enjoyed myself at those. But let me tell you about this game called Hockey. OMG! It was amazing! So much fun. So loud. So energetic. Everyone was so excited. I had the best time. I actually think I'm now a hockey fan.
We had great seats. 4 rows from the glass. Not bad for my first game. Right next to the penalty box. At first I had a hard time figuring out how to follow the puck. So I would be looking in the wrong place and all of a suddon they would slam up against the glass and scare the shit out of me. My popcorn would fly everywhere. By the end of the 3 hours I was use to all the madness and loved it.

I'm feeling really good about my move here. I feel like Im in my own little world now. No one can tell me how or what to do here. It's all about what I want. I was sick of xanga. Too many people. I feel like Im on a secluded island lol. I may not get the traffic I got at xanga but to me that's a good thing. I didn't like being called a xangalebrity. I didn't like people thinking that just because lots of xangans knew me and I was on top blogs that I wasn't real or have feelings. So this is my new home and I'm here to stay.
