			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Cellulite is a pain in the butt, no pun intended.  It is frustrating and devastates self confidence.  It is possible to get rid of cellulite if you follow these simple tips.</p>
<p>Tip #1:  If you like your weight, but have cellulite, then your focus is to change your body composition.  You need to change your body fat into lean muscle.</p>
<p>Tip #2:  If you weigh more than you like and have cellulite, then your focus is two fold.  You need to create a calorie deficit so that you can lose weight while at the same time feeding your muscle so that you can change your body composition at the same time.</p>
<p>Tip #3:  Your 3 main daily plates should be mostly <span id="more-218"></span>protein based and have a half plate of veggies and/or fruits.</p>
<p>Tip #4:  Don&#8217;t eat any foods white in color for at least 6 straight days.  You can have a cheat day every 7th day and on that day you can eat what you want as long as your total calorie intake is within 500 of your resting metabolic rate.</p>
<p>Tip #5:  You will have to workout if you want to gain lean muscle mass and get some shape to your body.  The point is to tone up and get sexy and lean &#038; to turn up your natural fat burning machine.</p>
<p>Tip #6:  Don&#8217;t procrastinate.  Everyday that you wait your cellulite will get worse.  You have to start to put these tips to work immediately or you are just digging yourself into a larger and bigger hole.</p>
<p>Getting rid of cellulite is really a lot easier than you think if you are ready and willing to put in the work.  Sorry, there is no magic pill or cream.  Those just don&#8217;t work. <p>This is why you must use your diet to support development lean muscle mass while at the same time creating a calorie deficit so that you lose fat, but keep the muscle. This is how you create a lean, toned, sexy body that you can be proud of.</p>
<p><strong>Intense Cellulite Workouts</strong></p>
<p>The reason you want your workouts to be intense is because intense workouts burn the most calories in the least amount of time. They also develop lean muscle mass which will also help you to increase your metabolism which is your natural fat burning machine. Increasing your metabolism is critical to burning fat. And burning fat reduces cellulite. It is possible to reduce cellulite and then eliminate it.</p>
<p><strong>Cellulite Diet</strong></p>
<p>As I said earlier your cellulite diet must be one that supports lean muscle mass and growth, while at the same time helping you to create a calorie deficit. </p>
<p>This allows you to keep your lean muscle while burning fat&#8230; Build the muscle burn the fat! In order to support lean muscle mass you will need protein, but I wouldn&#8217;t just focus on any protein. It should be protein that comes from sources that are low fat and lean. </p>
<p><em>As the saying goes you are what you eat.</em> If you eat protein that comes from fatty sources then you will become more fatty and then you won&#8217;t get rid of cellulite. Your diet should also be high in &#8220;low calorie&#8221; foods <em>such as vegetables and fruits</em> which are <em>naturally low in calories</em>, but high in nutrition, vitamins, and minerals.</p>

These exercises can help you build lean muscle, create a calorie deficit by burning excess energy, and in raising your metabolism.</p>
<p>The most important exercises to do are exercises that target large muscle groups, exercises that burn a lot of calories, and exercises that develop lean muscle mass altogether.</p>
<h1>Get Rid of Cellulite Exercises</h1>
<p>My favorite, and the absolute best exercise that there is for getting rid of cellulite is interval sprinting. Sprinting is intense, it develops every major muscle and small muscle of the lower body including the lower back and abdominal muscles. It develops the shoulder muscles and back muscles. </p>
<p>It burns a lot of calories in a very short amount of time. It doesn&#8217;t cost anything and you can do it no matter where you live. It is the ultimate exercise.</p>
<p>In the weight room the best exercise that you can do that would help you to get rid of cellulite is a squat press. This exercise can be done with dumbbells, a barbell, no weights at all, or bag of sugar as far as I&#8217;m concerned. It&#8217;s simply doing a squat and then pressing some type of weight above your head after you finish at the top of the squat. </p>
<p>This exercise works most of the muscles in the lower body and all of the large muscles and it also works most all the muscles in the back both small and large, it targets the shoulder muscles, triceps, and some neck muscles also. Your abdominal muscles slightly come into play also because they must stabilize you as you&#8217;re doing this lift.</p>
<p>And last but not least one of my other favorite exercises because it burns a lot of calories while working every major muscle in the body&#8230; is rowing. Whether you&#8217;re rowing on water or rowing with an indoor rower they are very few exercises that can match the ability and capability of how many calories you can burn using a rowing machine. </p>
<p>A rowing machine works the legs, but, also every major back muscle, your biceps, your abs, your thighs, calves, hamstrings, and your bum. It also helps you live healthier by developing cardiovascular strength. It&#8217;s one of my three main ultimate exercises.</p>

So in order to get rid of cellulite you have to get rid of fat and to do that you have to burn the fat and build the muscle.</p>
<h2>How to Burn Fat And Get Rid of Cellulite</h2>
<p>There are three major ways to burn fat. The first one is naturally through your own fat burning metabolism. Your metabolism is the single greatest factor in burning calories and thus burning fat. Calories are energy and fat is created from an excess or surplus of leftover energy from the day.</p>
<p>In order to increase your metabolism you must develop lean muscle mass. Your muscle mass is the greatest factor in increasing your metabolism. How high your metabolism is is directly related to the amount of lean body mass that you have.  The more lean muscle that you have the higher your metabolism will be and the more calories that you will burn at rest everyday. This means that you can screw up your diet more and miss a few workouts and still look great.  It&#8217;s all related to the amount of lean body mass that you have.</p>
<p>For instance, it takes more calories or energy for a 125 pound person with 6% body fat to walk 1/4 mile than it does for 125 pound person with a 25% body fat.
