Dietologii recomanda un fruct pe saptamina si cite o feliuta in salatele cu carne sau fructe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class="MsoNormal" align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="mso-ansi-language: IT" lang="IT"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"   style="font-family:verdana;font-size:130%;"&gt;In cantitati reduse grapefruitul ajuta digestia. Acizii organici, pectinele, fiberele si celuloza, lignina din coarja interioara, proteaza – toate acestea maresc viteza de miscare a alimentelor, curata intestinul, activeaza activitatea ficatului, respectiv inbunatateste metabolosimul. O jumatate de grapefruit dimineata inaite de dejun sau in locul dejunului, ¼ inaite de prinz si ¼ inainte de cina. Sucul de grapefruit nu este la fel de eficient. Dietologii recomanda inaite unei mese festive sa se consume un grapefruit, va contribuie la arderea grasimelor si a caloriilor in plus. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class="MsoNormal" align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="mso-ansi-language: IT" lang="IT"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Consumul unui fruct de grapefruit este o profilactica eficienta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;a diabetului. Inainte de a incepe &lt;em&gt;cura de slabire cu bors&lt;/em&gt;, consultati medicul, nu pentru toti aceasta dieta este potrivita. In special pentru persoanele cu aparatul digestiv bolnav si aciditatea inalta. Dieta trebuie sa fie aleasa individual. Un pahar de moare dimineata devreme, este o metoda perfecta pentru intestinul lenes. Moarea si borsul stimuleaza digestia si arderea grasimelor. Borsul se considera o supa populara ucrainesca, insa multe popoare nu sint deacord cu aceasta afirmatie. In realitate exista mai multe versiuni. La ora actuala exista aproximativ 30 de modalitati de preparare a borsului, fiecare regiune are receta sa specifica. Cineva il prepara mai dulce, altcineva mai acru.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:130%;"&gt;Borsul ucrainesc e mai dulcisor si un ingredient obligtor sint rosiile, care dau un gust deosebit. Cu toate acestea, borsul ucrainesc se deosebeste de la o regiune la alta a Ucrainei. De ex: in zona Kievului se adauga slanina, usturoi si cvas; regiunea Odessei borsul se prepara strict din carne de gisca. Versiuni sint diferite, unii ucraineni adauga chiar si crenvuste afumate. Borsul poate fi servit cald sau rece. Bulionul de carne poate fi inlocuit cu cel de ciuperci sau chiar, in unele regiuni ale ucrainei, mai dauga faina amestecata cu smintina. Asa ca "cite bordeie, atitea si obiceie". &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:130%;"&gt;Insa, exista totusi reguli de baza la prepararea borsului. In primul rind, borsul trebuie sa fie foarte dens, cum se spune in popor, asa "ca sa steie lingura in picoare". Ingredientul obligator pentru borsul ucrainesc este svecla rosie. Anume aceasta da borsului o nuanta specifica si un gust aparte. Inainte de a dauga svecla in bors, aceasta se fierbe cu coarja, apoi se taie pai subtire sau se da prin razatoare mascata. Sau se taie pai si se calesc in ulei si un pic de apa sub capac, se adauga un pic de otet ca sa nu-si piearda culoarea, din cind in cind se amesteca, daca este necesar se mai dauga apa. Alte ingrediente specifice borsului sint: morcovul, cartofii, varza, ceapa si rosii. In unele recete de bors se mai adauga fasole, zuchini, svecla alba sau chiar mere, prune, s.a. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:130%;"&gt;La prepararea borsului se respecta urmatoarea regula: cind bulionul de carne sau de ciuperci fierbe se adauga mai intii cartofii, apoi varza, apoi svecla (daca a fost putin calita in ulei si apa cu otet, daca a fost fiara cu coarja, atunci doar cu 10 min inainte de a fi gata borsul), daca borsul nu este de post, atunci carnea se adauga la urma (apoximatic cu 10 min), la fine legumele fierte din timp (de ex: fasolea) si condimenetele. Astfel, acidul folic previne dezvoltarea anemiei hipor-croma (caracterizata prin o valoare crescuta a concentratiei corpusculare medii de hemoglobina) megaloblastica (nivelul scazut de vitamina B12 in singe). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:130%;"&gt;Exista date cu privire la rolul acidului folic în prevenirea &lt;em&gt;aterosclerozei&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ateroscleroza&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt; este o boala care apare cu virsta, dar incepe sa se dezvolte in unele cazuri chiar din copilarie. Consta in infiltrarea in peretii arterelor a colesterolului si grasimilor prezente in cantitati excesive in sange, din cauza alimentatiei gresite. Cu timpul in aceste depozite se depune si calciu, se formeaza un tesut fibros si se constituie asa-numitele placi ateromatoase, care transforma areterele elastice si extensibile in rigide. Batem doua galbenuse, treptat adaugind o lingura de rom si 2 linguri de apa calda (nu fierbinte). Apoi se adauga o lingura de zat de cafea si o lingura de ulei. Acesta receta poate fi aplicata in scopuri profilactice si daca dorim sa dam tenului o nuanta de bornz usor. Se ia cafea macinata (nu solubila) se fierbe, cind se raceste turnam in forme pentru gheata si o punem in congelator. Dimineata pe fata cuarata stergem fata cu cubuletul de gheata masind usor fata. Iar seara cu sercetel inmuiat in cafea calduta prospat fiarta si stergem fata sau aplicam sercetul pe fata pentru 10-15 min. Procedura se repeta de 2-3 ori pe saptamina. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Receta 2:&lt;/strong&gt; Se ia in proportie de 1:2 cafea macinata (NU cafea solubila) si miere cristalizata, se amesteca bine si se aplica pe fata masind usor pielea cu miscari circulare, peste 2-3 min se clateste cu apa calda si apoi cu rece. Aplicam crema obisnuita. Scrabul cu cafea su smintina este recomandat pentru &lt;strong&gt;tenul uscat. &lt;/strong&gt;Scarbul inlatura celulele moarte. In ajutor vine cafeaua, anume cofeina tonifica, indeparteaza excesul de sebum si impuritati de pe piele si da tenului un aspect luminos. E foarte imporatant sa folositi cafeaua naturala, boabele sa le macinati acasa, nu are acelasi efect cafeaua solubila.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Masca cu cafea pentru ten:&lt;/strong&gt; se ia brinza, zat de cafea si citeva picaturi ulei de levantica, se amesteca totul bine. Se aplica pe fata curata si clateste peste 7 min. Brinza poate fi inlocuita cu smintina sau frisca.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Masca cu cafea pentru ten uscat:&lt;/strong&gt; 1/4 lingura de sare, scortisoara (cit un virf de cutit), o lingura ulei de migdale, o linguruta zat de cafea, totul se amesteca si se aplica pe fata masind usor pielea.
