For lunch, menu for low fat diet is taking 1 apple-with medium size with peel, then 2 bread whole wheat-slices, then 15 cup of mayo, 3 ounce of turkey breast or white bread.</p>

<p>The carbohydrate addicts diet is conducted by separating meals into three parts per day in the first two weeks. You can have the two parts with what is called Complimentary Meals, consisting of three or four ounces of fish or meat, or two ounces of cheese, completed with two cups of vegetables of salad. The third part is called the <a href="http://www-fastdiet.com/diabetes-2-diet">Reward Meal</a>, where you can eat everything that you want, in any quantity. Still, it should be nourishing and well balanced. The three meals can be selected to be the dinner, lunch, or even the breakfast.</p>
<p>After the first two weeks of the <strong><a href="http://www-fastdiet.com/carbohydrate-addicts-diet">carbohydrate addicts diet</a></strong>, the consumption of food is planned depending on the goal that you want, whether you want it to lose more weight, or just maintain the weight after you lose some of it. Snacks are allowed, as long as it does not contain high carbohydrates such as breads, pastas, snack foods, or sweets.</p>

Some other products that are added with sugar, such as jellies or jams, fruits with high gycemic, such as bananas, raisins, and pineapple; most root vegetables, such as potatoes, beets, and parnsnips.</p>
<p>The acceptable source of carbohydrates in the sugar busters diet plan is mostly fruits and vegetables that are not mentioned in the type of the forbidden ones. The consumption of whole grain products and low fat dairy products are also acceptable as long as they are not added with sugar. The consumption of meat and fish is also to be done more carefully, by trimming fats from those meats and fish. Alternatively, people conducting the <strong><a href="http://www-fastdiet.com/sugar-busters-diet-plan">sugar busters diet plan</a></strong> can also consume whole eggs.</p>
<p>The desserts and appetites cannot be ignored as the common consumption. On the sugar busters diet plan, the issue is stressed in the consumption of alcohol and caffeine. This can be done by reducing the intake of saturated fat and avoiding drinking alcohol to reduce the cholesterol and triglycerides containing in the blood.</p>

The disease leads to diabetic eye and kidney damage, as well as the heart disease.
