It seems to me that my view on things will tend to move forward and backward. This is my small space on the world wide web to report on the barriers that I seem to face now and then. Hitting 40 has been quite the change in lifestyle. My family physician says I need this, that, and the other thing. Get a prostate exam, no more fatty foods, keep my cholesterol down, keep my good cholesterol up, lay off the carbs, and exercise... I didn't have to worry about any of this as a kid. I grew up eating eggs, bacon, toast, the works.

I used to watch the Cosby Show on TV way back when. It used to crack me up when I would see Bill in the kitchen making himself a sub sandwich with all the things his wife didn't like for him to eat. I have so turned into hiding in the kitchen and snacking on things I shouldn't. Irene has caught me once or twice and according to my wife is doing it as well... Too funny

Thanks to my wife for giving me the idea on the blog's title.
