Hitting 40 has been quite the change in lifestyle. My family physician says I need this, that, and the other thing. Get a prostate exam, no more fatty foods, keep my cholesterol down, keep my good cholesterol up, lay off the carbs, and exercise... I didn't have to worry about any of this as a kid. I grew up eating eggs, bacon, toast, the works. <br /><br />I used to watch the Cosby Show on TV way back when. It used to crack me up when I would see Bill in the kitchen making himself a sub sandwich with all the things his wife didn't like for him to eat. I have so turned into hiding in the kitchen and snacking on things I shouldn't. Irene has caught me once or twice and according to my wife is doing it as well...
