Closed sales in Los Altos reported on the Multiple Listing Service have ranged from $3.4 million to $935 thousand during the week of August 24th to 31st, 2009. Square footages ranged from about 6,000 square feet to 1,600 square feet. Average days on market for these homes was 57 with an average escrow period of 28 days. Two of the properties were sold over list price - the rest sold below list.
