When President Obama fails to make chicago the Olympic city recently, many has thought that his charismatic light was fading away., but today's announcement by AP that Mrs Obama has won the Peace nobel prize came as a shockwave. This recognition prove that Mrs Obama has made a very strong impact in world politics. It is only 9 month in office, and this is a record and I don'think this will be broken any time soon. so ... when they counted him out, he came back...

it may seem like a surprise to some but it is a merit for those tuned to the legacy of our commander in chief. The fast ascension to glory that President Obama is subjected to is an important step in his agenda to make the world more safe. I am not saying that he is to be successful in all his entreprises, but to realise that he tried to reach out and break the dividing walls is worth a Nobel prize. The Scandinavian parlement did just that. To those who say that it came to quick and too fast, I say, the man has has just done what Yasser Arafat and Rabbin did in the 90's , they didn't secure a long lasting peace, otherwise we wouldn't be talking about Isrealo palestinian conflict today.They just showed they commitment to resolving the conflict and it earned them the prestigious medal, why not the
President of the USA, who called Arabs, muslims, Christians, Straight, Gays, religious and none religious, republicans and democrats... to the same table and share what they have in commone for the advancement of the human society. And this critics don't surprise at all because they come from the same source as those that doubted on his hability to lead a great country as ours. But for now, let us lay low and wait for the ceremony in December.

Yes He is still in action. King James made a terrible come back, alting the magic's rapid ascension to the final. The games was full of fun as usual but the games was only the first quater and the last five minute of the second half. The point difference made Dwright Howard dissappear a little bit. But King James is still in the game and for how long?

It seems like kobe abd King james are behind kicked out of the series!! I am writing this article before the end of Game4, Lakers-Denver. The question im asking is where are the supporter of the conspiraty theory? some1 told at the begining of the series that the final will be between kobe and King james, and i senses it in game 3 Cavs-magic, the referee made it happened. But the superman is still flighing high. hope he don get tired a looses his wings... too bad King james will not gonna forgive and conspiraty theory will be right

Africa Left behind, the mind game of Europe

It has come to my mind to talk little bit about Africa. Africa this vas continent with more than fifty countries also called mother land by some group in our population has been going back to the stone age. Since the Berlin conference in the beginning of the 19th centry, Africa has seen the development of his workforce exterminated. Why I took the Berlin conference has a reference is because it is close to our generation and documentations are more authenticated than the triangle Trade. It is not that I deny slavery but I just don't wanna involve myself into this contreversal debate. Nevertheless We will get time to discuss about it in integrality. Back to Africa, The berlin conference brought about the division of Africa as we know it today, means countries. Before that Africa was divided in kingdoms, Empires ... The Berlin conference brought the Administrative division together with Colonisation. Meaning african kingdoms then now called countries were paying due to their colonial Europeen Master country. I just wanna point out that Asia and America ( North, central, Latin) never been involved in colonisation. Masters of Colonisation being France, Spain, Portugal , Great Britain, Italy, Germany... in short Europe on the other side of the Berlin Wall. You see Berlin comes back again. The City of Berlin is a very important in defining today's history. One will argue that the division was beneficial to Africa. I nor agree or disagree. The division brought about separation of tribe. There 's case cases where the frontier between countries will passe through cemetries means passing over someone tomb. In cases like this it will happen that the upper part of the dead body end up in one country while the lower part is in the part of land of the neighboring country. And this will be the beginning of a long war of land. After creating all this mess, now Europe has backed off Africa and now want USA to be involved in finding solutions to african problems. I am not talking about abandoning africa, I know that USA got into the europeen trap after world war II by invading african politics, for the so called fear of the communism. Communism never been a threat to USA instead to Europe. Africa never attacked Europe, Hitler did. Africa never attacked Russia, Hitler did. How come in order to prevent the spread of communism we have to invest in Africa's corrupted dictators? I never understood it. The dictators never profited USA in a bit. They placed all their money or the stolen from their countries in banks in swizerland, Monaco, Luxemburg... We know them. None of us ignore them. USA has to become conscience of what Europe has been trying to do. Europe calls upon USA for help whenever they are in trouble. But we needed the most they turned their back on us. Afghanistan was to be a joint effort to get rid off terrorist but it looks like and become more and more abvious that it is a USA affair. While we are NATO member i don think we should beg for help in this entreprise but that is exactly what we are doing. We talking most of the casualties in Afghanistan , im not talking of IRak. So I would like your comment on this

How do we breathe?

The second part of my expose is about the muscle of breathing. As we saw from the previews lecture that we have 2 groups of muscles involved in breathing: inspiratory and expiratory muscles. The primary muscle of inspiratory is the diaphragm. It has a arc shape and has 2 part called hemidiaphragm. Hemi means half. so we have right half and left half, commonly called right Hemidiaphragm and left hamidiaphragm. The create Inspiration just by positionning upward or downward. while breathing in the diaphragm moves upward making the stomach to boldge forward while the lungs are getting filled up with air. And once the peak is reached the cycle reverse and the diaphragm moves downward and it is expiration or exhalation.

the art of breathing looks rediculuous but when you think deeply about it is a combination of a lot of mechanisms. Breathing has two componenet to it. THe inspiration and the expiration. These re the majors component, doesn't mean that i forgot about the pause which is a period between the major components. Speaking ot the two phases of breathing will lead us to review our anatomy and physiology course. For short, this process is made possible by appropriate muscles means muslces for inspiration and muscles for expiration. The muscles can also be subdivided into primary muscles and seconday muscles. So we have primary and secondary muscles of inspiration on one hand and on the other hand we have primary and seconday muscle of expiration. I will come back with the rest of the article
