Born and raised in Italy and residing in Munich whilst being a steady regular in Ibiza, he is a truly international DJ. He plays at the best clubs and festivals around the world like Loveparade, Mayday Germany,Heineken Beach Festivals Taiwan, Hong Kong, Defcon Festival Melbourne, Embassy Club Manila, Fabrique, The Most Moscow, Blowfish, Dragon Eye Jakarta, Double Six Bali,Stereolab Singapore, MTV Battle of the DJs, MTV Designerama, MTV Parties in the Tunesian Dessert, MTV European Music Awards and as well at Pacha in Sao Paulo and Marrakech just to name a few.

Even though young JCA started as a pianist, he is a producer, DJ, remixer and songwriter at heart.
For the last ten years the 34-year old has been shaking and starring the international dance scene with his remixes, productions and with his highly energetic DJ sets. Down to the present day, enthusiasts of house music around the world will remember the melody of his 2003 hit record “I Begin To Wonder” featuring Dannii Minogue which went top five and top ten in more than 20 countries. His remix of “Nightcrawlers – Push The Feeling On” made it on to the 1 spot of the Billboard Radio Dance Charts in the USA.
In 2005 Jean Claude Ades took the next logical step, and started his own label “Swings Records” after re-gaining his independence. Being his own A&R was paramount for him after being forced to create a certain “Jean Claude Ades Sound” for commercial reasons which was beyond for question him.
Shortly after, his remix of the US number 1 hit “Pussycat Dolls feat. Busta Rhymes - Don’t Cha” attracted massive attention and skyrocketed to the top position of the Dance Charts. Almost simultaneously, his remix of the electro hit of the year 2005 “Coburn – We Interrupt This Program” was released on Swings Records followed by another smasher, “Fly Away ft. Rufus Martin”, which was eagerly snapped up by Ministry of Sound and became a massive club hit around the globe.
In 2008 „Shingaling““ went top ten in several european countries and became No. 1 on the Beatport Main Charts which brought Jean Claude Ades the nomination as „Best Electro House Track in 2008“ and turned into #2.

In 2009, after several gigs & tours all over the world, Jean just released his brand new record „Nite Time“, which got already massive support by top dj’s like Roger Sanchez, Wally Lopez, Tom Novy.. to name a few.

Starting things up in the mix is Sed Non Satiata by Bloody Mary; a steady-leveled song with deep-tech patterns and the male Spanish vocals of Argenis Brito. Simon Baker and his latest track Rock Da Beat mix in strong right after with a minimal-deep house melody that was cautiously placed over a heavy-bass line. Needless to say, this one came out on 8bit. From there on the mix has enough energy to carry on through the tribal-tech sounds of Mendo & Danny Serrano and What A Day by Veitengruber, the heavier techno sound of Disconnect, and the famous “Get, get down… da-da-da-down! “ by R3hab and Addy van der Zwan; something to lighten-up the groove. On the dark side of the moon things get cold, progressive, and techy once again with beat-intensifiers like Yeah by Sharam, the Funkerman remix of NYPD, and the massive The Gaia´s Harmony, remixed by Juan Carlos Herrera to gather things up.

So there you have it. We hope you enjoy this week’s podcast and newest releases. If you are looking for more related music make sure to check out our store. See you next week!

The energy level on episode 24 kicks in strong straight from the beginning.
Stickney (Julien Chaptal Remix) by Jakine introduces juicy tribal-tech beats
to be followed by Morena from Coyu & Edu Imbernon. Morena gives the mix a
memorable bass level that is layered right under the mourns of a gypsy woman
and flamenco guitar.
The sounds eventually grows harder to rolling tech-house thuds perceived in
Pink Loco (Uner Remix), Hoook (Martinez Remix), and of course Orange by
Deetron. The mix gradually comes down from its peak, drives by Super Flu’s
remix of Drive It Mad Max and ends up with a real groovy, dubby, and spacey
track Abe Duque - What happened. This track just leaves you floating like a
bubble in space, asking yourself: “Really, what the f*ck happened?”

Thanks for stopping by. We really hope you enjoy this podcast and let us
hear your thoughts on it!

The mix starts out with Margaret on a long dark journey with hopes to reach
Ayomide - a land full of spirits and drums whose leader goes by the name of Gorge, and is known to be close friends of Oxia, a man who released his whole life on 8Bit. Summons and chants grew larger now, as walking through the land of tribes, but did not last long. Repetitive voices calling for banana peels and minimal-tech sounds took over our mix’s core; who eventually caught the super flu, and brought him back to the tech in the house. Paolo Driver & Stoned Chicken came around right after, and brought a heavy-thumping bass that gave back the mix its feelin’ and chunk in no time. “It all came back like gritos del alma!?, described the mix as it crafted its techno energy further to a strange saxophone melody in the background. The dawn was approaching and it was time to meet the undertaker, Robert G. Roy. Together they planned to confront Pan-Pot and Damian Lazarus to end the set spinnin’.

Deep takes over the House on this week’s DJTUNES podcast. Read the journey of this week’s mix.

After the progressive and tech adventures of last week, our mix kicks off slow and deep this time around; carrying only but plastic cups to his final destination. Using its shadow machine the mix goes on wanting to reach Babylon, but once there dark tribal sounds take over. “Once in your desired location you will never die”, said Danny Casarano & Felipe Valenzuela. From there on, the mix evolved to its tech-house stage inspired by Kiiroy’s Sangre Purpora. “Now what? We are almost here, in black, feeling like a moskito in Curpa Gold, and still no sign Gemini! How can I now continue with my trip to heaven?!”

We hope you enjoy the music of this weeks podcast, along with its
adventures. Tune-in next week to find out what happens next!..

Olaf Dieckmann) has been supplying the world’s dancefloors with audio titans for close to 15 years.

Most recently renowned for his productions including the neo-classic ‘Chakalaka’, ‘Drumster’, and his ‘Wippenberg presents Sphaera’ releases ‘Front’ & ‘Back’, his music hazes the multiple boundaries of house, electro, trance and techno. This unique composite electronic blend is now spun by the widest imaginable cross-section of DJs… He’s championed as much by Eric Prydz, Angelo & Ingrosso, Tocadisco and Pete Tong in 2009, as he is by Tiësto and Armin Van Buuren. This casts Wippenberg as one of, if not, the most diverse DJ/producer in today’s EDM universe. In 2004 Olaf released the two ‘Elemental EPs’, which included the tracks ‘Fire’, ‘Water’, ‘Earth’ and ‘Air’. They drew strong support from the highest echelons of the DJ hierarchy and pushed the Wippenberg name firmly into the headlines.

The EPs release prompted close associates Cosmic Gate to collaborate with Dieckmann on their ‘Earth Mover’ album with the track ‘Guess Who’. Around the same time Olaf completed work on his next single ‘Promised Land’, and with it came a new label relationship with Dutch heavyweight independent High Contrast Records. The track (which featured the vocals of Tiff Lacey and was remixed by Nic Chagall) beat the drum hard for what was to prove Olaf’s renaissance record. In 2008 ‘Chakalaka’ (partnered by the B-side ‘Drumster’) exploded into the clubbing consciousness, thanks in no small part to major 3 month-long floor and radio hammering from Tiësto and Armin Van Buuren. As was always Olaf’s desire the tracks started to chip away at the stylistic borders of dance and came to enjoy heavy deck support from Angello & Ingrosso, Eric Prydz, Eric Morillo and Dirty South, amongst a multitude of others. Late that year and branching further out still, Olaf launched a new nom-de-plume Sphaera. The tracks ‘Front & ‘Back’ were released on Tiësto’s Black Hole Records to, once again, broad DJ acclaim.

It is one of the most in demand independent labels showcasing the sound of Eddie Halliwell, Paul Van Dyk, Sander Kleinenberg & many more.

Not only does Axwell’s music have an innate feel for the dancefloor, but its versatility is even more impressive.

The material is so varied, yet never fails to rock big time.
