    <title>Dec 19, New SBI! 2.0... I highly recommend it!</title>

    <link>http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/CustomerServiceBlog/~3/9HK0FP5g-14/good-customer-service-blog.html</link>
<description>Customer Service Point was created with a tool called SBI (Site Build It). I started it 6 years ago, and it's going stronger than ever!

Through SBI I learned what it takes to run a business, and early this year I became my own boss. Not an overnight success, but don't believe those stories that you can have a thriving business in the next 24 hours. It just doesn't work that way (otherwise everybody would be doing it!).

For serious people who want to build a real work-from-home business, I highly recommend the new SBI! version 2.0 (which allows website visitors to build free content and traffic for you).
