<P><em>Workout of the Day</em>
<br>Double Tabata
<br>Push-ups & Sit-ups</P>
<p>Complete 16 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first interval is push-ups, the second is sit-ups, the third is push-ups, and so on, until you have completed 8 intervals of push-ups and 8 intervals of sit-ups. So, you start with 20 seconds of push-ups, 10 seconds of rest, then 20 seconds of sit-ups, 10 seconds of rest, 20 seconds of push-ups, 10 seconds of rest, and so on.</p>
<p>The score is the least number of reps for any of the eight intervals of push-ups plus the least number of reps for any of the eight intervals of sit-ups.</p>
