Karnes is currently surveying the Charlotte region in order to update the Charlotte Business Journal Commercial Real Estate and Leasing Report as well as their 2nd Quarter 2013 KARNES Report. They are requesting that subscribers please log into SiteIndex and update and/or confirm your listings.

All changes need to be made by Friday, June 28th, 2013 to ensure that your listings are included in this next release of the Charlotte Business Journal Commercial Real Estate and Leasing Report.

Thank you to everyone who came out to the Gragg Building on May 30th for our Commercial Spotlight event. Our hosts, Bissell and Ballantyne Corporate Park, treated us to a beautiful location as we celebrated our largest networking event of the year. Members and guests enjoyed an evening of exhibits, good food, networking, and the special debut of the new CRCBR logo and branding.

Eastland Mall: City Council Approves Plan to Demolish Eastland Mall

U.S. Census Bureau Lists Charlotte as One of the Fastest Growing Cities between 2011-2012

The U.S. Census Bureau reports that Charlotte has been listed as one of the 8-fastest growing cities between July 2011 and July 2012.

Other Cities include New York, Houston, Los Angeles, San Antonio, Austin, Phoenix, and Dallas.
