Our Vision
Absolute Aupairs is a dynamic team; both of us having ten years of aupairing and teaching experience in South Africa and the United Kingdom. Our ‘active’ agency is the most proactive consultancy for both parents and Aupairs. We strive to provide top candidates, maintain regular contact and contribute constructively to the success of placements.
At every level we maintain our ‘active’ image. We attract families and Aupairs who believe in, and share, our vision. Our goal is to create the best possible home environment and care for children.
Our Mission
Our mission entails the following:
• To provide each and every Aupair and family with an active childcare or job search.
• We support Absolute Aupairs, in their own quest to provide happy, healthy, progressive and stimulating environments for your children.
We look forward to working more closely with you; we are here to hear and understand your childcare requirements; in turn, we endeavour to provide you
with the best childcare match.
As parents and Aupairs ourselves, we understand how daunting childcare selection or job hunting can be – also factoring the time constraints experienced
by both the family and carer. Where will you find the time to sieve through all the applications and conduct interviews to make the right decision? How can you be sure that you have made the right decision?
Our job is to alleviate these pressures from you. We are here to help; we only propose candidates that we would use ourselves.
We believe strongly that the success of the professional childcare relationship depends greatly on ensuring that the expectations on each side are communicated effectively and understood. We aim to ensure this.
