CORONATION Street star Helen Flanagan unveiled a sexy new PETA ad today in London's Covent Garden.

The FHM Sexiest Woman in the UK called on people to shed their animal skins with an exotic shot of her as a lizard, for cruelty charity PETA.

Helen was keen to make the point that you don't need to wear dead animal parts to turn heads, as she launched the campaign.

"Spring is the perfect time to clean the cruelty from our closets", Helen says. "I know when people see the footage of how animals killed for their skins suffer, they won't want anything to do with the exotic-skins industry and will join me in leaving wildlife out of their wardrobes."

The talent behind surrogate mum-to-be Tina McIntyre was crowned TV's sexiest beauty for a fifth year for 2013.

BOLIVIAN brewmasters have created a beer brewed with coca leaves which helps drinkers to get high - as a cure for altitude sickness.

Coca leaves - which can also be used to make cocaine - are chewed by locals across South America as a traditional aid for the high altitudes of the continent's mountains.

And now Ch'ama beer, which translates as "strength" has been brewed using the leaves to help fliers heading in and out of Bolivia and neighbouring Chile and Peru's airports with altitude sickness.

SNES and Mega Drive beat 'em up Shaq Fu could be revived for round two after it emerged his firm has applied to trademark Shaqfighter.

In the vintage '90s fighting game, NBA star Shaquille O'Neal managed to end up transported back in time to battle evil mummy Sett-Ra on his way to a charity basketball match.

Word has it that Shaq's firm has applied for "entertainment services, namely, providing online games," alongside "a website featuring electronic and video games and news" alongside "music, videos, television programs, movies, animated series, and other multimedia materials in the field of computer and video games" - leading to talk of a sequel or remake.

However the original was far from a success in its heyday - it's been voted one of the worst games of all time on more than one occasion.

In fact, the website shaqfu.com has been set up in an attempt to 'liberate' and destroy all existing copies of the game, for the benefit of humankind.

LADS Lounge is confused.

Earlier this month, it was revealed that the general public, via the good people at FHM, had voted Mila Kunis as the Sexiest Woman in the World for 2013.

But now, it seems, the general public, via the equally good people at Maxim, have begged to differ, voting Miley Cyrus as the sexiest achey-breaky heartbreaker in the world.

Cyrus has said: ""It's every woman's fantasy to be told she's No. 1. It's crazy!"

Mila Kunis only came in in fourth in their poll.

There's only one thing to do in these situations.

Sadly, as we don't have the budget for a pillow fight and/or mud wrestle between the pair, we'll just have to settle this with a good old fashioned vote.

Classic crush April O'Neil being brought to life by Megan Fox

FORGET the likes of Woodward and Berstein and Joseph Pulitzer - the real reason this reporter got into journalism was to meet hot babes like classic crush April O'Neil.

Cowabunga.

Undeterred by the fact she is in fact an animated reporter on radical 1980s cartoon Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles, the yellow jumpsuited roving reporter has always had a special place in my heart.

So you can imagine how excited Lads' Lounge is to hear the news that Ms O'Neil is soon to be brought to life by uber-hot Hollywood actress Megan Fox.

According to reports, Fox has already dyed her hair red for the role in the live action, CGI boosted remake of the show.

The blockbuster, being directed by Transformers director Michael Bay, is due out in June 2014.

We simply cannot wait.

CHELSEA, Arsenal and Spurs are currently locked in one of the closest races in Premier League history.
Sadly for the trio, it's not the title at stake, but to secure Champions League football.
Anyone who says that Germany has now eclipsed England and Spain as the top league on the continent should cast an eye at the strength of the squads vying for third and fourth places - with World Class talents like Juan Mata, Theo Walcott, Gareth Bale, Eden Hazard, Santi Cazorla, Jermain Defoe and more facing off for the right to represent England over the next few weeks.
And sadly, one of these squads - all of which could arguably challenge for the European crown next season - will miss out.
It's a hard one to call - but you can vote for who you think should miss out with out vote below...

Mila Kunis is named world's sexiest woman 2013

HOLLYWOOD'S hottest property Mila Kunis has been named the world's sexiest woman by FHM - while last year's victor Tulisa has dropped out of the top ten.

Kunis, who has appeared in Black Swan and Friends With Benefits, took the top place in the annual FHM 100 Sexiest Women in the World poll.

Her win brings to an end a four-year run of British stars at the top of the list - the top Brit this year is former Coronation Street actress Helen Flanagan, who finished in third place, while another face from Weatherfield, Michelle Keegan, came fourth.

Flanagan - who took part in last year's I'm A Celebrity and was forced to undergo a series of bushtucker trials - said: "It's a lovely confidence boost, especially when there are so many beautiful girls out there."

Tulisa Contostavlos, who saw her debut solo album flop and is thought not to be returning to The X Factor, plunged to number 11 following her win last year.

Singer Rihanna takes the runner-up spot, rising one place from her 2012 result.

Kelly Brook - who topped the poll in 2005 but was down to number 20 last year - has bounced back to fifth position.

Lycra-clad gold-winning Team GB stars take several places in the list with cycle champ and Strictly Come Dancing star Victoria Pendleton listed at number 39. Fellow track cycling star Laura Trott is at 42 and pentathlete Jessica Ennis is at 47.

BBC Breakfast presenter Susanna Reid is at number 96, and interior designer Linda Barker - who braved both the high-diving board and a bikini to take part in ITV's Splash - is at number 93.

The full list is included in a supplement to the June edition of FHM magazine, published today. Editor of the section Dan Jude said of winner Kunis "Not only is she naturally stunning, but she has a great sense of humour and isn't afraid to poke fun at herself.

"The nation has spoken, and the verdict is that she is officially the perfect girlfriend. She'll take some beating in 2014."

Women with posh accents are sexiest - but Brummie twang is a turnoff

WOMEN with a posh accent are the sexiest, according to a poll.

Leading married dating site IllicitEncounters.com found that men where most likely to be attracted to a woman with an Oxford or so called "posh" accent.

Other sexy accents included Scottish, Welsh, Liverpudlian and Irish.

Spokeswoman Rosie Freeman-Jones commented: "Sometimes it's not just what you say but how you say it."

At the other end of the scale, the least attractive accents were voted as Birmingham - such as Brum beauty Jamelia - as well as Essex and The West Country.

CORONATION Street star Michelle Keegan has been crowned sexiest star by readers of Zoo.

The lads mag rated Weatherfield wonder Keegan above second-placed Kate Upton, as well as Leah Francis, Alice Goodwin, Kelly Brook, Mila Kunis, Rihanna and more.

ZOO editor Damien McSorley said: "Michelle Keegan has regularly been voted Soap's Sexiest Female but our readers have shown that she has global appeal."
