Looking for some advice with a recent Amazon purchase that’s turned into a bit of a hassle. Ordered a wireless printer – thought I was getting a decent deal. When it arrived, it wouldn’t connect properly, kept dropping the Wi-Fi, and the print quality was patchy at best. I contacted Amazon to request a return, but they’re saying it’s outside the 30-day window and I should go through the manufacturer for repairs.<br />

A local village hall charges £250 for a day hire, but when we enquired to host a wedding there, the charge rocketed to £800. We bought an expensive stair carpet because of its reputed durability. The shop manager measured the stairs and hallway and checked the underlay. After 6 weeks the carpet was badly worn on the stairs. There are only 2 of us living in the house and consider this to be unacceptable. The carpet manufaturer sent out their independent carpet inspector who reported back to the shop. <br />

I have been a victim of property scam in Hurghada Egypt by an Egyptian Builder. I had a Lawyer called Zeiad Yehia from Edgebridge Law Firm helping me. Impossible to contact, ignores emails and calls. The manufacturer has printed a 'Production Date' on the rear of the TV and it has a 2 year warranty which is within this date (it says 1st December 2020).<br />

However, because I don't have the original receipt (and neither does the person I've bought it from), the manufacturer is refusing to honour the warranty.<br />

Is this correct?  I mean surely the receipt is to confirm that the TV is within the 2 year warranty period?  But...<br />

<br />
When you find problems with the shower, J T Spas take no responsibility for any issues, but simply pass you over to Insignia.  These are there responses to my complaints:<br />

The glass is chipped on one panel corner....You won't notice it once the trim is on.<br />
